Holiday rentals with a sauna in Garfagnana

The apartment is La Spezia was beautiful. Spacious and very well equipped. It was close to the train station but about 25 mins from the main part of town and the port. Also to get there it is up a very steep street and then 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. Once in the apartment it was lovely and Andrea was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time at La Casa Medioevale. The ground floor apartment is properly sized for a family of 4. The grounds and pool are sumptuous. Air conditioning at €30 per week is an essential supplement in summer. Filomena, our hostess is available, with good advice, smiling and knows how to respond to our needs. Only downside, access to the villa via a narrow and winding street for 1 km. However, this did not handicap us in our daily travels. The villa offers an exceptional panorama overlooking the valley. Ideally located in Tuscany; 1 hour from tourist cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena)

Very pleasant stay. The house is very beautiful and matches the description and photos perfectly. The owners Marco and Elisa have always been available and attentive to our questions. Since the house is in the mountain, the only small negative point would be the road leading directly to the house which is a bit complex (uphill and with tight turns). However, this remains only one detail in view of the comfort of the house and the beauty of the place.

Great home with great amenities. Fabrizio is an attentive and helpful host, we wrote him several messages on the days when we were in the house and he always has a prompt and kind response to every request. The location of the house close to Liguria and Tuscany is also highly recommended.

This is a gorgeous apartment in an extremely convenient part of Lucca, very close to the main piazzas, which offer an array of restaurants and bars, and to the Puccini museum. There is also a Conad's grocery very close by. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated with a stunning modern kitchen and bathrooms and incredibly comfortable beds. There are also a lot of extra touches: comfy terrycloth robes, yoga mats, hand-weights, and even a sauna, and while we didn't avail ourselves of those "wellness" features, we appreciated them. Thank you, Francesco, for a wonderful stay!

The place is as described with a stunning view and helpful hosts. The little seating areas outside our apartment were private and peaceful and the one had a an amazing view over the mountains and town below The apartment was clean, airy and had everything that we needed. The pool is great and even though shared, we always seemed to have it to ourselves Matteo and his family were lovely hosts who made us feel welcome and were on hand if we needed anything or some advice

We had a WONDERFUL stay in Volastra on the Cinque Terre. The Apartment nicely appointed with a view of the owner's gardens and the Mediterranean. The town itself is very quaint and delightful with very easy access to the paths leading down to Manarola and Corniglia. If hiking is not your thing there is an easily accessible bus to Manarola. Of all of our stays in Italy it was this place that we wish we had more time to stay and that we would return to which, we believe, is the highest praise we can give.

We had a wonderful week in this pleasant accommodation. The house has everything you'll need. The garden is especially beautiful! I saw fireflies for the first time in my life. The garden was full of them. There was fresh coffee 'across the street'. It's a bit noisy (upstairs neighbors), but that didn't really bother us. Furthermore, a very quiet and pleasant place!

Luciana and her family showed extraordinary kindness; we were warmly welcomed and our stay was very pleasant. The house is well maintained and very clean, totally corresponding to the photos, the surroundings are quiet and you can enjoy a great view of the gulf. We hope to be back soon!

A very quiet place, with a nice cool and close to several trails for walks. the house was very well arranged by the owner, with everything you need for your stay and even more. Really nice space outside with games, bikes and a pleasant freshness. Lisa, the owner is really kind and very helpful both in the layout of the accommodation and in meeting other requests. We've just returned from a week at Casa Claudio. It was perfect in every way. We had plenty of down time enjoying the garden and pool, with easy access to Pisa Centrale to visit Sienna,Florence, Lucca,Pisa and all the amazing cities. San Giuliano Terme has its own train station 30 mins walk from Casa Claudio, really easy to navigate using the train app. we found it comfortable to walk or cycle into town for shopping, train station or Pizzeria. Really no need to have a car. The accommodation we found amazing, so clean and modern. Rooms were vast and we loved the front porch, sitting each evening and morning listening to bird song while eating al fresco, so relaxing. The pool and sunloungers were fabulous, pool perfect temperature and so spotlessly, cleaned daily. we were left to enjoy all the amenities peacefully, yet our questions and enquiries were replied to within the hour. we felt well cared for, Claudio and Irene's hosting is perfect, even a lift to the airport on going home.

I had a super great stay and felt very welcome🩵 The apartment has a lot of personality, is stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The highlight was of course the steam bath, where you can listen to the music - especially in the changeable weather (October) this was very useful ☺️ Sonia and Salvatore are super helpful and very friendly. They answered me quickly at any time, had great tips and helped me immediately when I had a short power outage - everything was no problem at all. There are great restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar and a supermarket, everything you need is within walking distance. I can only recommend everyone to take a few days off here. It's fantastic villa. I've been with my family and it was a great experience. Many visits to do and it is in still fantastic place to combine art, gastronomy and relaxation. They have always been on the lookout for if anything was needed

We felt very comfortable. Mr. Sgherri was very friendly and especially attentive. The house was very beautiful, and we were able to enjoy complete peace and quiet. The facilities, including the pool, sauna, and whirlpool, were truly excellent. For children, the place is absolutely dreamy. They can move around freely, watch the donkeys, and be directly in nature. The barbecue and the stove in the cabin were always especially cozy, and we had a few wonderful days.

Really helpful and kind guys, we interacted mostly with Chiara, who was super kind, she waited for us after the check-in time with a lot of cordiality and without making us weigh the delay, she very kindly explained everything and welcomed us with great warmth making us feel at home. The place is truly magnificent, equipped with every minimum of comfort and they pamper with all the small details they provide. A little slice of heaven that I would recommend to everyone, for a night or better dreamy days.

We had a wonderful stay in “all'ombra del lauro” The house is big enough for the four of us and our dog. It also has many original Tuscan features and is simply but tastefully decorated. We were also able to spend a lot of time outside because of the beautiful weather. During the day in the shade of the laurel tree, in the evening in the hot tub enjoying the view and the setting sun. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful here, the only thing we hear are the birds whistling. The location is a great place to use as a base to explore the area. With cities like Florence, Pisa and Lucca nearby, we didn't have to get bored. The places in the area were also worth visiting.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

A beautiful home with a fantastic pool. We very much enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, including the spa area. The decor is slightly dated but gives the sense of a home much loved in the past. We certainly loved it.

Beautiful house with an even more beautiful view. Because the house is secluded on a mountain, you have a lot of privacy, but it is definitely 20 minutes away for a nearby supermarket. The house has no fans which we missed very much in the summer temperatures. Pleasant communication with host. Tip: bring plenty of antimicrobial drugs because you need them in this area
