A short distance from shopping and highway. Great for the light needs. For example, if you are passing through or seasonal worker. NOTE: Toilet and bath can easily be arranged but are not in the home. Read recommendations The annex is located in the garden associated with villa. There is a sofa, internet, work table, and a delicious continental double bed, as well as a wardrobe. Outside the annex is a small patio with table and chairs. Lovely private guest apartment in rural surroundings close to Limfjorden. The property is beautifully situated along the Marguerit route north of Limfjorden. It is 300 meters to the fjord where there are benches so you can sit and enjoy your packed lunch and watch the ships sail by. If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. The bathing-friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Unique house with the city's best location

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the heart of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but has been newly renovated in respect of the house's long history. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sand-colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall holds plenty of coziness, nooks and crannies and stories.
