From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Cozy 80 sqm condo, very central

From this place, you can quickly get to all the important places. Stroll through the small pedestrian zone, sit down to eat in the historic water mill on the castle island, use the proximity to HB + OL for a city tour or drive to the North Sea for a day! I love this apartment, which is a bit outdated. It is absolutely not perfect and certainly not modern, so don't expect 100%! I myself currently live in Berlin and rarely use it, but then with cats

In the renovated annex, we let our family & friends stay when they visit us. On other days, we now also warmly welcome everyone else to our place :-). We live centrally in Hude, yet absolutely quiet! You can walk to everything such as train, shops, doctors, pharmacy, forest, etc. There is a private front door, a small kitchen, a shower room with window, a very nice bedroom and a kind of small "living room" with a sofa bed. Parking space available.
