There is access to a terrace with a view of horse paddocks and the forest in the background. There is a private entrance and access to cozy patio with spa. There are 1 km to Herfølge station which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge golf club.

The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with 140 cm sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on the sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on 1 ½ man bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately not a handicap accessible house.

Boligen er tæt på mange butikker, og ca. 1,5 km. afstand til stranden. Der er 2 enkeltstående senge placeret på værelset på 1 etagen med 2 madrasser på gulvet. Dette er det eneste værelser der kan anvendes som soveværelse.
