The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. If you want to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat to a quiet environment when the city has been explored, this is the right property. Large, enclosed, lush plot in the best location, suitable for various outdoor activities. To Vombsjön >10 minutes by car, with its wide beach strip with the possibility of swimming, as well as renting a boat for fishing. To the store >2 minutes by car to a well-stocked ICA store in the village, or about 20 minutes to Lund or alternatively Sjöbo. Pets welcome.

Close to the center, airport and beach

Renting my home, you’ll be 15 minutes from Kongens Nytorv, Nørreport Station, the airport and Amager Beach. It’s a family-friendly area close to the metro (M2) and bus 31 to Copenhagen Central Station. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself. Some personal belongings will remain stored in the apartment while renting. As a host, I’m a heavy metal fan, and some decor may be perceived as provocative or offensive, especially from a religious perspective. Please keep this in mind when booking.

Spacious and aesthetic 3 room apartment with balcony close to airport, beach and city center. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with cafées, wine,- cocktail,- and beer bars, supermarkets, restaurants, takeaway options, bodegas, green spaces and a shopping mall close by aswell as metro and bus. Amager Beach and Park (Amager Strandpark) is also walking distance and is the perfect place for a stroll no matter the season. Watch people swim, paddle or windsurf or try yourself.

From here, you can reach the beautiful Kämpinge Beach as well as the shops and restaurants in Höllviken by bike in just 10 minutes. City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, BUT ONLY IF YOU LOVE EACH OTHER – the 120 cm wide futon is now equipped with top mattress so guests no longer get back-aches. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.
