Perfect location, cosy and stylish and with one of the largest bathrooms i town

Relax in the bathtub, after a long day of walking around the sights of Copenhagen, in this historical building from 1803 THE APARTMENT: The cozy apartment has just gone through a major renovation. Everything has been updated with an eye for detail and love for the exiting building, which is heritage listed building. This has taken the apartment to a whole new level, very much inspired by hotels and restaurants around the world but with a personally touch. The apartment stands with new floors, ceilings and walls. The apartment is all in all 70 m2 on the 4th floor with a beautiful view to the famous red rooftops of Copenhagen and the beautiful Scandinavian light. It consists of a spacious open kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed with an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and has direct access to the utility room, which consists of a washing machine/dryer and plenty of wardrobe space and a convenient floor to ceiling mirror. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. Amenities include wireless internet, washing machine, tumble-dryer, fully equipped kitchen large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. You will also find full-size bed and mattresses, blankets, pillows and all bed linens. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable sofabed an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. The property is situated downtown in the old part of Copenhagen surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops of all kinds. Rosenborg Castle Gardens is just around the corner, great for an early morning run, a quite time with a good book, or a sunset picnic. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Nørreport is just around the corner which connects you to both buses, trains and the subway. Coming from the airport it will take you no more than 20 min before you are at Nørreport using the subway (Metro) and from Nørreport the apartment is a 5 minutes walk away passing one off the best bakers in town, Kransekagehuset. Luxurious, elegant and comfortable living in the heart of Copenhagen

119m quiet luxury apartment with a large sunny balcony in the old Latin quarter in the heart of Copenhagen. You will feel the atmosphere from the moment you enter. The apartment has a large living, dining room with open kitchen in one. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking facilities, fridge and coffee machine etc. It has a very large bathroom with shower and washing facilities. A large master bedroom with a king size bed and a small bedroom with a sleeping sofa. The apartment has a wonderful large sunny balcony. You will have the place completely to yourself. The surrounding area near the canals is exceptional charming with easy access to all major transactions and culture in Copenhagen, shopping, a rich café and restaurant life and bars with live music. The central train station with fast access to the airport is only a 5 minutes ́ walk from the apartment. I can be reached at all times by phone or sms. For guests used to extreme warm climates I might add that central heating is usually not switched on until September and for some that might be causing a problem. It is normally not cold in Denmark during the summer but changes in the weather can occur.

Velkommen til vores villalejlighed, hvor vi har kræset for detaljer og hygge. Lejligheden er indrettet på 1. sal i vores villa med plads til 3 (4) gæster. Vores familie bor i stueetagen. Lejligheden består af ét stort rum, med en lækker dobbeltseng, en sovesofa, pænt køkken, et stort badeværelse og en stor altan. Vores hus ligger i Bagsværd, 12 km fra København C, tæt på Nordsjælland. Bussen kører lige udenfor døren - 15 min. gang til S-tog - og mulighed for at parkere gratis ved fortovskant.

The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the cafe area of Copenhagen (Nørrebro) and 20 meters from the lakes of Copenhagen. It’s located on the 1st floor with 5 minutes to supermarket, fællledparken (garden and stadium) restaurants, public transportation etc. and 10-12 minuts from Kings Garden and the city center of Copenhagen. 12 minuts to the Metro "nørreport”

Bright &spacious flat in Copenhagen with balcony

Perfect for a couple. Newly refurbished 3 room flat in quiet street with great access to public transportation and only a 12 min bike ride to the city. Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.

Apartment in the famous Nyhavn - close to Metro

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a quiet courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. Should be considered if you don’t walk well. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Please feel free to take coffee and use the coffee machine. Feel like you’re home 😊

The apartment is located in inner Copenhagen in the middle of the vibrant shopping district. The apartment is facing a courtyard, but you can still hear the rich citylife in the background. The neighboorhood is filled with cafées, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also good for a Family or 3 or 4 friends or Mom, Dad and 2 kids.

Cosy apartment with great view next to the Metro

A lovely, light, modern apartment with a very high ceiling and big windows with great view. The bedroom is on a loft above the bathroom to make optimal use af space. There are 3 sofa beds in the living room. It’s possible to drive by the metro directly to the center of Copenhagen in only 12 min. From the airport to the apartment by Metro in just 30 min. The Metro station is only 300 meter from the apartment. You can also rent bicycles right next to the apartment.

Colorful, eclectic, comfortable, well-furnished apartment. Tucked in the quiet corner of Copenhagen's most central and beloved neighborhoods-Christianshavn. Walk to: the harbor for a swim, on Volden for urban greenery, or over the bridge to shop. Nybygget Penthouse i Malmö udbydes til længere udlejninger Recirkuler bolig i et byggeri med solpaneler, el cykler og el biler.. 2 km væk finder du hjertet af Malmø med lækre restauranter og oplevelser…Lejligheden har en super terrasse med flot udsigt til gamle og nye byggerier, da det er en helt ny bydel der er ved at bygges/bygges om… Lejligheden er lys og stille da den er øverst, så god mulighed for at få slappet af. The apartment is for 2 people, located in a cool and modern area in Malmö! Famous architecture in the neighborhood, close to the sea/beach, city center, bus and train station. You come and go as you please, and if you want advice and ideas, just ask! 80 square meters, one bedroom, one living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Two room snug apartment downtown

The flat is located downtown hipster Vesterbro . It is on the 1st floor. Each of 2 rooms has a very good futon sofa, which opens up to become a bed 140 cm wide with a layer of top mattresses under the sheets. If you come two wanting to share a room you can decide yourself which of the rooms you want to sleep in - or split. A baby cot can be made available. Kindly see photos
