Reconnect with nature at this memorable escape Dating back to 1163 we are renovating our watermill on the banks of the river Couesnon, (which flows into the bay of Mount Saint Michel ). Our Pigsty gite which over looks the river, is located in the grounds of our water Mill We are in rural Brittany at the heart of the farming community. The sound of running water and wildlife gives a location in which to unwind and take in nature, such as the kingfisher or Salamander should they be about!

The train station is a 7-minute walk (17-minute journey to Rennes train station) and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk (bus 71 to Les Gayeulles metro stop). Parking space available. We're just a few pedals away from the canal. No smoking allowed.

Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

Gîte for 4/5 people in a hamlet

Gite on three levels with courtyard and sunny garden. Large green space to share with outdoor games such as table tennis or badminton. From the cottage you can hike mountain biking or walking. The bathroom as well as the toilet are located on the first floor. Half an hour from Mont Saint Michel, 3/4 of an hour from the Emerald Coast. Bicycles are available for your rides and also an inflatable stand-up paddle for the beach or the pond of Boulet.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Detached ground floor studio of our house. Accommodation of more than 20 m² ideally located north of Cesson-Sévigné, quiet area, close to Via Silva, Beaulieu. Bus C6 and metro B nearby. Independent access through our garden, self check-in possible. equipped kitchenette: fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle... The 160 bed will be made upon arrival, towels and tea towels provided. Housing and garden are non-smoking areas.
