You will be 1 hour 10 minutes from Saint Malo, 50 minutes from Dinan, 1 hour 10 minutes from Vannes, 1 hour 20 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and 40 minutes from Rennes. Accommodates 2 adults + 1 child 1 baby. A double bed, an extra bed for one person, a baby cot.

At the edge of Broceliande Gîte in the Land of Legends

Our cottage with a capacity of 5 people is located in the center of the legendary Pays de Broceliande in the municipality of Concoret in a part of our farmhouse. Possibility of many hikes (hiking and mountain biking) and many sites to visit from the gîte and within a close radius. We are also halfway between the English Channel and the Ocean. Our town is classified as a "Commune du Patrimoine Rural de Bretagne" (Rural Heritage Town of Brittany). We have a second cottage for 4 people. I look forward to welcoming you.

The Hay Loft

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. On the edge of the magical Brocéliande Forest and only a 1.5 kilometer walk to the village of neant-sur-yvel. Also only a short bike ride from the voie verte cycle route. Beautiful views, surrounded by countryside with no passing traffic. With the only sound of the wildlife and the occasional tractor working the fields. The Hay Loft is well equipped with WiFi and tv. Ideal for 2 persons but there is a double sofa bed.

The mill is a totally unique and preserved place in Brocéliande! Book your private and independent apartment in the middle of the mysterious forest of Brocéliande. Completely refurbished with all the upscale amenities, you are a 5-minute walk from Merlin's Tomb and you have a view of the Fountain of Youth. This small private house, just renovated, is ideally located at the entrance to the Broceliande forest, 30 minutes from Rennes, in the town of Muel. Outside you will find a sheltered wooden extension with garden table. Ideal for a tourist or business trip, this accommodation is offered in an "All-inclusive" package (water, heating, electricity and towels and linens provided). Beds are prepared upon arrival. Our cottage is located close to Brocéliande Forest and its legendary sites that make it famous: the Val-sans-Retour, the Fountain of Barenton (walking distance from the cottage), the Château de Comper... to name a few. We welcome you to a quiet, comfortable house, close to hiking trails. Our gîte is 3 km from the village of Concoret.
