Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Ta gärna en kort utflykt till Läckö slott, Spikens fiskeläge, spela golf eller njut av Kinnekulle. Det finns något för alla oavsett vår, sommar, vinter som höst.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende direkt vid Vänerns strand. Hyr hela huset med 4 sovrum. Perfekt för 1-2 familjer som vill semestra nära badplatser och fin natur vid Hunneberg. Stor trädgård med uterum och uteplats med grill precis vid vattnet, samt egen strand. Boendet Välutrustat kök med matplats och ett vardagsrum med öppen spis och ett med tv. Utanför finns en altan med loungemöbler. 3 sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett sovrum med enkelsäng. Två badrum, ena med dusch.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Ni bor nära naturen med möjlighet att både sola på den privata verandan, simma i sjön, låna båtarna för en fisketur eller hyra kajaker. Det finns även flera sociala djur som älskar uppmärksamhet!

Två charmiga hus nära strand och natur

Välkommen till två charmiga hus på Vänersnäs – med en barnvänlig sandstrand bara ett stenkast bort! Stränderna i området utsågs till Sveriges bästa av Expressen 2013. I närheten väntar Halleberg och Hunneberg, ofta kallade Kungens berg, med fina vandringsleder, vacker natur och en lång kunglig jakthistoria. Ett perfekt boende för familj och vänner, med plats för upp till 9 gäster.

Stuga vid Vänern Vänersborg

Nyrenoverad stuga med stor tomt, sol hela dagen med härlig solnedgång. Trädäck samt inglasat uterum. Både kol- och gasolgrill finns. Badplats med liten sandstrand samt klippor finns på gångavstånd från stugan (2 min). Vacker naturmiljö för promenader/vandring och friluftsliv. Flera badstränder och golfbanor finns i närområdet.
