Swallows Nest, Harwood Dale

The cottage is in a rural setting on a working farm near Scarborough. It is a bungalow with two internal steps, one leading from the lounge to the dining area and a second leading to the bedrooms and it is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids). We also allow a well behaved dog at the property. There are two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom. The property is self catering. Travel Cot,Outside dog kennel facility is available.

Hilda Cottage, bottom of Robin Hoods Bay!

Hilda Cottage is a 17th Century dwelling. The front door enters to the living area, downstairs is the equipped kitchen with large table. Upstairs is a double bedroom (WC ensuite) with sea views, and main bathroom, up the final flight of stairs is the loft bedroom (double bed & single bed) and sea views! The stairs are narrow & steep, see photos. If you're after old and quaint, Hilda is your girl, if you're after brand new, she probably isn't 💗 Parking permit for nearby car park.

The bungalow is detached, not overlooked and is spacious, bright and has stunning views from every window. From the front you can see down to Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church and from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside.
