Family-friendly holiday rentals in Fuškulin

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. If you haven't been here yet, you should come, and if you've already been here, you'll come back anyway. We had a wonderful holiday and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

Simply fantastic house, we were 7, 4 adults and 3 boys, the guys slept on the sofa beds in the immense living room, we had the two double beds. Pool, hydro bathtub, porch with table. Everything is great. Coin-operated laundromat a few steps away. You can get around by car, but in a few minutes you can reach everything! The owner waited for us and let us see the whole house. Everything is perfect!

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

We were there with the two kids. Family-friendly is 100% true here. You feel at home and Oggi the dog is in the hearts of the children inside. Totally sufficient for 2+2. Great grill on the terrace. Relaxation for the parents, because the children can play nicely on the property. Will come again any time :)!

We had a lovely stay at Matt and Anna’s “kucica” home! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful and everything was even better than the description. What really stood out for us was the dinner - such an incredible experience and we will cherish the memories for a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful modern apartment, equipped with everything you need. Perfect cleanliness. Everything was exactly as desired. The best part is the private terrace in the garden and the exit to it. Nearby there is a large store, small markets and good restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the best beaches. Funtana itself is very beautiful. It was a wonderful holiday in Funtana with such pleasant hosts. Thank you, we will definitely come back!

Super welcoming, once the keys were greeted and handed over (all in German, which I fortunately know, but in any case the host offers the opportunity to make a call with her also in English in case you do not speak either German or Croatian) we were offered a coffee by the host's father while showing us all the useful places to go (supermarket, etc.) and recommended the best restaurants (very appreciated!), even leaving us a map I stayed with my partner and my medium-sized dog, about 20kg; The host even before confirming our reservation recommended a beautiful dog beach just 5 minutes away by car. Very nice and well-equipped apartment, in a very quiet area and from here it is easy to walk to restaurants and beaches.

The location is what stood out for us! This apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Being able to walk around old town was the best and Maja was super friendly and provided great tips on where to eat. The steps leading up to the apartment provided a great workout.

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! We were guests of Sara in Pula (Valkane) from 19 to 25 May 2025 and had a wonderful stay! Sara is a warm, open host who speaks fluent Italian and English. We had apartment 1, a very clean, lovingly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners and a small balcony. Everything was super well maintained, the toilet and the entire apartment sparkling clean. The view of the sea was fantastic! The location is quiet, with a beautiful garden and even fresh fruit – at the same time, everything you need (supermarket, beach, old town) is quickly accessible. Sara explained everything to us in detail and was very helpful throughout the stay. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

We had a great holiday in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the car park for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Ivan is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is just like in pictures, very nice, the place is peaceful and private. Ideal for families with kids, they also have children playground and pool, and a lot outdoor space for little explorers. We have had a wonderful time at Ivans place, would recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay, we lacked nothing. Very warm welcome by host Victor and provided with a lot of information about what to see and do in the area. Tar is a quiet place that is great as a base for exploring northern Istria.

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.
