We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We were very lucky to spend our holidays in this beautiful house in Rovinj, and it was undoubtedly the most beautiful cottage we have ever been to. The garden is a true oasis – lovingly maintained, with many shaded places that invite you to linger. Our kids spent every day in the pool and had an incredible amount of fun. The house itself is superbly equipped. The attention to detail and the high comfort make the stay particularly pleasant. Everything has been thought of here to give guests a perfect holiday. The location is ideal: the house offers a lot of privacy, and yet you are close enough to town to reach everything comfortably. All the important things for everyday needs are very close. A big thank you also to the landlady, who was available to help us at all times. Her warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more beautiful.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for travelling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away. A minimarket, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Great beds. Mladen is a nice and customer-friendly host. Thanks for the refreshing welcome drink!

The house is very spacious and offers really enough space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for daily needs) and therefore there is also the possibility to get into conversation with locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful bays. The host has thought everything through well and responds or writes proactively. Thanks for the wonderful time!

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. Our stay was lovely, everything was as described! It’s close to Rovinj (10 mins by car), the house is beautiful, the garden patio and grill station is brilliant, it’s spacious, we loved everything about it, would stay here again!

Beautiful house in authentic Istria renovated, tastefully furnished with magnificent garden which is very stylishly designed. We lacked nothing, especially we enjoyed the air conditioning at almost 40 degrees and the high quality mosquito protection on all the windows, so the nights were possible with open windows. Ivana is a warm and friendly host.

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Unfortunately, we had only booked this completely perfect accommodation for 5 days and would have liked to have stayed longer. In this beautiful place you can fall and enjoy life. Sonja is very warm and helps with all concerns in a sympathetic way. We would love to book our next trip right away.

We had a wonderful 9 days with Boban, Vesna and Bonny (sweetest female dog). It met all our requirements and we were on the beach in 5 minutes or in the city in 10 minutes. It is located behind the landlord's house and we had no problem with that. The two landlords were very welcoming and we had great conversations and recommendations. You can always approach the two! The only thing was that sometimes we had to maneuver the car because everyone parks parallel across from each other. But we've had worse

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Lovely small, tastefully decorated and air-conditioned accommodation - perfect for two people. On the ground floor are living/dining room, as well as kitchen, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs the bedroom and bathroom. From the beautiful terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea and the quiet bay, via the garden you reach the beach, which is only 50 meters away. Hosts Ingrid and Daniele are very friendly and helpful at all times. Brio the house dog, whose content of life consists of constant foraging, has also grown very close to our hearts during the stay. We can recommend this place and the hosts and would love to come back anytime.
