We had a very nice stay at this place and the host was really friendly. i would recommend thia place to others, as it is a perfect location to start hikes or bike trips.

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreating and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

The two nights following our holiday in Italy brought us an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we were able to enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, as never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We had a great time in the house in Austria! The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as in the description. The location was quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The check-in was straightforward and the contact with the host was very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime :)

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

We had a great time at Sarah's apartment! She is very friendly, really easy to communicate and very helpful. Rauris is a beautiful place with close by ski resorts (30 min by car) : Bad HofGastein, Bad Gastein, Zell am See, Kaprun.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

I like the place ! Amazing

We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can recommend without reservation.

The three of us (one adult and two teenagers) spent a wonderfully relaxing week here. Christoph is a great and uncomplicated host who responds very promptly to questions. The cottage itself is exactly as described. The approach is via a narrow path (on which we met two riders on our arrival, which led to a not entirely easy "reverse driving action"). Behind the house, a stream splashes, but you can't hear it with the windows closed (although I am quite sensitive to noise). In front of the house, a hiking trail passes by, which we used for two tours ("Hochebene Maria Elend - Kapelleralm Runde von Embach" and "Spektakulärer Skywalk - Taxenbach-Wasserfall Runde von Taxenbach" ... just check Komoot). The Berggolf round (clubs and balls are available in the information office in the village) is also fun. The Langreiter pizzeria is highly recommended. The only sticking point: the bunk bed for people > 1.90m.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Sometimes words are not enough to describe how incredible something is, our trip was exactly this way! Amazing memories and what an amazing place! We will be back soon and the host did whatever he could and imaginable to help us enjoy and be comfortable. What a nice, cozy and exceptional place! Thanks to franz and Anton

Five of us stayed at this Cabin for a work trip for a long stay. It’s got so much character and everything you need for a comfortable stay, the sauna is a bonus. It’s located in a very peaceful spot in Heiligenblut surrounding by green grass, wildlife and mountains. The Heiligenblut town is a 5 minute drive away with a well-equipped supermarket and some great restaurants (especially Café-Restaurant Dorfstub'm). I would also like to say how attentive and accommodating the host is, he was always on hand for any questions and quick to action any issues (if any). Great stay and highly recommended.

Tom is a great host. Extremely responsive This is one of the Best Air BnBs; that I have stayed in. Excellent location-great house. A nearby supermarket is there within 5 minutes of Tom's place .Great place for families . When I will visit Austria again, Tom's place will be my go to place.

Beautiful modern apartment, nothing was missing! The view of Lake Attersee was decisive for me when booking!

We had a very pleasant stay: perfect weather, great skiing and last but not least a very nice and comforatable accomodation.

You know you’ve found a wonderful place when you don’t want to leave! We stayed in the Arnika apartment and it was so charming and comfortable. It was also absolutely spotless. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the farm around us. One of the cats visited us every morning. If you stay here, definitely get a breakfast basket. The milk, butter, yogurt, and jams come from the farm! I’ve never had milk as flavorful as what we were given. Michaela and her family are also lovely people and we felt like family. The apartment is not far from Lago di Braies (about 20 minutes) and about 50 minutes from the famous Tre Cime hike (definitely do both if you can)! We cannot recommend this place highly enough!
