The house is 125 sqm and newly renovated in 2022, and therefore appears in very good condition. Farum is a cozy and quiet town, surrounded by lake and forest, with cozy restaurants, cafes, a shopping center, library, etc. within walking distance from the home. And then it's only 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by train into Copenhagen.

Welcome to our newly renovated house. The house is located in a quiet area, on a closed road 2 minutes walk from Fursø golf club and 15 minutes from the station. The house has 3 bedrooms, a children's room, a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious kitchen/living room, office and a lovely garden with large covered terrace. You might also go for a dip in the lake from your very own private pier. 2 km to shopping, 800 m to bus and 4 km to S-train station

Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.
