Fra villaen er der direkte udgang til en 100 km2 stor træterrasse med delvis overdækning og med loungeområde, spiseområde og grill. I nærområdet er Søndersø med badebro. S-tog station er 7 min. gang væk med direkte linie til København.

Terraced house from 2019, located in a scenic location at the old Værløse air base and close to Søndersø. The townhouse is 102 m2, spread over two floors. It is about 25 minutes to Copenhagen by train from Måløv station or 25 minutes by car. Use the DOT app to buy tickets. There are two parking spaces right outside the door. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from the house's west-facing garden. Parties or smoking/e-cigarettes are not allowed, shoes inside are also not allowed.

The house is located in a housing community with a common garden and playground that is shared with our sweet neighbours.

Here you can wake up to birdsong and sunrise and enjoy an unspoiled sunset on the west-facing terrace, where there is room for playful children. With the runway right at your doorstep and a short distance to Søndersø, the area is perfect for all sports on wheels and lovely walking or running.
