Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

Brand new 114 m2 townhouse with entrances, kitchen-room, living room, 2 bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom and extra guest toilet. One bedroom is furnished as a large office/TV lounge with sofa bed. There are terraces on both sides of the house. The house is quietly located close to green areas. There are newly built bike and walking paths - approx. 20 min walk to Odense Harbour Bath, Odense Centre and Odense University Hospital - approx. 10 min walk to TV2 .

There is an exit to the patio with a south-facing terrace. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom overlooking the harbour and the archipelago of South Funen. Our house is a small old townhouse which is not suitable for children under school age.

The house is newly renovated with new furniture. The house offers two spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, and also a beautiful roof top terrace and a cozy backyard garden. When spare time drop by the beach and enjoy Svendborgsund!

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.

From the hallway, there is access to a lovely south-facing garden, with a barbecue and several dining areas. Free parking in the street, or just around the corner there is a large parking space with free parking around the clock. The house is not handicap friendly.
