The size of a badminton court. A lovely terrace where you can almost always find shade. The living room is cosy, as the kitchen, dining area and living room are all in one space, so everyone can interact with each other. There is a TV with apps, so you can watch almost anything. It is permitted to use various Spices, candles, coffee and whatever else is in the house. Make yourself at home 😀😀

There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.
