The cottage is located on the unique hilly Løjt land with hills and valleys in a natural beautiful and quiet area, near forest and beach to Genner Bay and Little Belt, and in clear weather you can see to Funen. The house is part of the old Løjt Holiday Center, which means there are some extra benefits included in the price, including a swimming pool and a beach café in the summer season. We have renovated the house, so it benefits our guests. It has been newly painted, has a new heat pump, toilet and radiators, so electricity and water costs are minimized.

In the pool room there is a 14 m2 swimming pool, a 5 pers. spa and a sauna. Close to beach as well as a quiet area that is also good for anglers.

A 2 person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen allows the stay of a total of 4 people. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including a shower room and toilet opens. A window door from there allows the direct exit into the outdoor area.

The home is centrally located on West Lolland in a small village where there are quiet surroundings and virtually no noise from traffic. Your good night's sleep is assured without interruptions. The living room is large enough for the whole family to be together, even if the children are playing or drawing at the dining table, there is still room to enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa at the other end of the living room.
