A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Charming shed trailer uniquely located on scenic grounds with panoramic views over Lake Ollerup. The shed is cozily decorated with a good 140 cm bed, table and chairs. The functional outdoor kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs, a small sink and a 15 l water tank. There is everything you need to cook a simple meal. Home away from home… Læn dig tilbage, nyd udsigten, og lad roen sænke sig i denne nænsomt nyrenoverede, stråtækte perle fra 1860 – omgivet af natur og kun få minutters gang fra stranden. Åbn terrassedøren og træd ud på din private terrasse med udsigt til vandet. Om sommeren kan du skylle saltvandet af under udendørsbruseren. Bådhuset er en separat bolig, mens jeg bor i hovedhuset sammen med mine to katte. Rengøring er inkluderet – så du kan nyde opholdet fra start til slut.
