Kid-friendly holiday rentals in London

Josephine is a fantastic host, the kind that used to be a B&B in the good days ;) The house is extremely beautiful and well maintained. Our room was super comfy, the bathroom too, with a separate shower so it works as two different spaces, but the best of all has been Josephine. Super kind, gentle, welcoming while not intrusive at all. Ms.D. the cat, friendly but not intense or bothering. The neighbourhood super nice, with the Brompton cemetery just behind and lots of green spaces to just unwind. Bus, tube and supermarkets just a wink away. We’ve loved this part of London, so we’d for sure repeat. 100% recommended

My sister and I loved staying at Moiras!! The room was extremely clean and very affordable. It was very easy to get into central London by train. She was a very responsible and friendly host. We enjoyed the flexible check-in and check-out times. She and her husband are fantastic people! I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and family. I would without a doubt stay here again! 🩷

Really enjoyable stay in a lovely area of London. The living area and kitchen was a great social space for the 6 of us. Catherine is very friendly and quick to respond, would definitely stay again!

We spent a full week at Gary’s place and were welcomed incredibly warmly. We arrived, we ended up chatting about all sorts of things for a good 45 minutes. Even though we were already fairly familiar with London, he still gave us some excellent tips (thanks for the app recommandation !). Don’t hesitate to ask him questions, he’s genuinely knowledgeable ! The house is slightly outside central London, but that’s not really an issue as there are plenty of transport options nearby. The street itself is very quiet, we came back late several times and it was completely peaceful. All in all, highly recommanded ! And thanks again, Gary, for the warm welcome !

Josephine and Richard are truly wonderful hosts. They respected my privacy while also being incredibly helpful with my tour planning. I felt completely relaxed—almost as if I were their daughter. Meeting such amazing hosts was one of the highlights of my trip to London. When I return to London, I’m sure I’ll stay with Josephine again!

Jay is a very attentive, friendly host. He responds quickly to questions and requests, and he made sure our stay was comfortable from the very beginning to the end. The place itself is also flawless, just as advertised, in a very nice neighbourhood with great public transport (the closest bus stop is ~50m from the house). The room is very clean, including the kitchen. We stayed 4 nights and absolutely recommend Jay and his room. Next time we're in London, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

We had a lovely time at this flat. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk to the tube, making it super convenient to explore the city and the area itself is great as well! We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Vi and Charaf are friendly and responsive hosts and their cosy, clean and comfortable flat offers all the amenities you might need for an enjoyable "home away from home" experience in London's Chelsea neighborhood. Two added bonuses are that the flat is on a very convenient bus line that takes you all around town, and it is located above a premium grocery store where we could get all our various meal items that we needed for the week. We were very happy to stay here and all in all, we highly recommend this flat for your next London getaway!

This flat is really special. I would highly recommend for any couple traveling. As Van clearly mentioned the flat is not a short walk to public transport but we found it really convenient as we traveled with a car. The flat itself is clean and has many unique features that make it memorable, maybe our favorite is the patio where you can enjoy a nice meal or coffee. The flat was clean and the amenities were super helpful - washing machine dishwasher in particular AND Van really helped by providing a traveling crib for our small children.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The flat was beautiful and appointed with everything we needed, Vincenzo is extremely responsive and helpful. The tube is a short walk and there good restaurants nearby. Would definitely seek out his properties again and again.

The flat is lovely, excellently located and comfortable. It was well-furnished and the shower was quite luxurious. The only downside was the entry, there are steep stairs to get into the apartment and this was not clear in the description. Everything else was perfect. Thanks!

An excellent location and a comfortable apartment. Near to two tube stations giving easy access to central London. We did not need to use our car at all. Access to the apartment was easy and Lilii was an excellent host. if you need a great place to eat, we all recommend Al Santo. The manager is Oreste.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

I stayed here on a vacation trip to London. Yaa could not have been more friendly. She always responded immediately to any questions prior to my arrival. She even reached out to ask what type of water, milk, and wine I preferred so she could ensure things were available prior to my arrival. The place was very nice. Clean, well designed, and quiet. Very walkable to the Underground. Note, the description is accurate when it says it is on an upper floor. And when you overpack like I do, you may have trouble getting up the stairs. (Completely my fault for packing too much, and it was clearly noted in the description.) If I am ever in London again, I would happily stay here again!

I had an amazing time! I would totally recommend this place for every person who’s alone on vacation and wants to explore the city. The hosts were very friendly!

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.

Luka’s place was great and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for two people. Would have also been comfortable with one more person. The instructions for check in were easy to follow and the pictures really helped us figure out how to get the keys. It’s walkable to tons of restaurants, grocery store and the tube and buses. We felt safe walking around, even late at night. Luka was very responsive alto any questions we had and provided local recommendations which I always appreciate when traveling. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a comfortable spot that is walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transportation.

Very good place to stay. Very clean, lovely kitchen with everything anyone could need. Tesco is very close and a Waitrose is about 10 minutes walk. Bus route just round the corner and underground station is easily walkable.

I really enjoyed my stay here—it’s a great option if you’re traveling solo and want to be in a safe, central part of London. The neighborhood felt very secure and had everything I needed within a short walking distance: shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport. The flat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It made a perfect home base for exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend it to other solo travelers!
