Alle Hotspots (UNESCO-Welterbe Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophisches Zentrum, Kongresspalais Stadthalle usw.) sind gut erreichbar. Der ICE-Bahnhof kann fußläufig in 15 min. erreicht werden. Küche ist nicht in der Wohnung integriert, aber eine Möglichkeit der Tee-oder Kaffeebereitung ist gegeben. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank (alkoholfreies Bier u. Mineralwasser zur freien Verfügung!) ist vorhanden.

Das Zentrum Kassels ist 5km entfernt. Die Regiotram-und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind fussläufig zu erreichen und man ist in 8 Min am Kasseler Hauptbahnhof (RT).
