We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The 4-room apartment was renovated in April 2024 and equipped as a vacation home for up to 4 people. From this centrally located place, you will be on the R1 bike path on the Fulda in no time. In the village, you can walk to a generation-run inn and enjoy great food with great service. The apartment-sunny side is located on the southern slope on the outskirts of Fuldatal Simmershausen. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
