Our cozy apartment "Bergruh" in our apartment Spieljoch is the ideal starting point for an active vacation for skiing, biking or hiking in the Zillertal. A beautiful garden, the apartment's private balcony and the communal sauna invite you to relax and recharge. Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent unobstructed mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only 200 meters from the new Spieljoch cable car and only 5-10 minutes' walk from the village center.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The apartment Nina is located in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet and sunny location. In a few minutes you can reach the ski resorts Spieljoch, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal Kaltenbach. The Fügen adventure spa is also in the immediate vicinity. For hikes in summer, there are many possibilities available, such as the Haselbach waterfall. The property was newly integrated into a farmhouse in 2024 and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room with pull-out sofa bed.
