Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

We had a wonderful weekend at Arno's place in St. Johann! Check-in and communication were totally straightforward. The apartment was clean and exactly as written. Arno gave us good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely time in Brem. The property exudes Bavarian coziness and is close to several hiking trails. Contact with Thomas (via messages) and Peter (on site) worked smoothly and was always very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. We especially liked having two ponies as direct neighbors. The Achental is always worth a trip. We would definitely come back.

We were in a very large group in the house for a winter vacation and everyone had enough space and retreat space. The location of the house is really perfect. Behind the house is the forest for walking/tobogganing and in front of the house is the place. The kitchen and bathrooms are visually outdated, but absolutely functional. The kitchen will be renovated soon. The house has a great panoramic view and is in the sun most of the day. There are SO many things for kids, it was really convenient.

The apartment is located directly on the Partnach and thus the perfect starting point for all activities. The four of us had pleasant space, both for cozy gatherings and cooking and sleeping. Glad to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the Marlies’ apartment. The apartment is specious and equipped with everything necessary. The view is amazing. As we were staying with small children, we appreciated the location: it was distant from roads, safe, and quiet. Marlies is very nice and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment directly above Melanie and Thomas over Easter. Right from the start, the atmosphere was very familiar and warm – it was just a great fit between people. The apartment itself really leaves nothing to be desired: high-quality furnishings, with a lot of attention to detail, and absolutely perfect for longer stays. We were particularly impressed by the large terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape – a real highlight! Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The appartment was clean warm and comfortable. The view was incredible and the host was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great time at Ingrid's apartment! The accommodation is very spacious, superbly divided and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you have everything you need right outside the door. We were also "fast" in the Zillertal every day for skiing. Ingrid is a super host who prepared everything perfectly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

Phenomenal experience! Hubert is a fantastic host and a very friendly guy. The place is great, clean, and has all the necessary amenities. It has a great view and for everybody who is there skiing it is super easy to get to the bus or train and visit any of the ski areas. I can't recommend this place enough.

The apartment is easy to find, parking is right outside the door. Seefeld ski lift can be reached in 5 minutes by car or ski bus, just like the village center. Wonderful view from the living room and balcony. Exhibition a bit outdated, bedrooms very close to each other. More suitable for families with smaller children. Federica was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice apartment to stay, it was everything what we need for short stay. I like that owner provide coffee, tee and other needed in the kitchen small but important things.

Our stay in the modernly furnished house on the river in Gmund am Tegernsee with our two children (10 and 6) was completely successful! The apartment is well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds to towels, everything was available. The contact with the hosts was extraordinarily nice and straightforward. Questions were always answered quickly and competently, so we immediately felt welcome. The location couldn't be better: In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, various restaurants, banks and even a pharmacy. For excursions or day trips, the transport connection is ideal – the bus stop and train station are within walking distance. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to leave the car all week. There was a lot to discover around the Tegernseer Valley (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm with summer toboggan run, Blomberg, etc.). We can recommend the apartment at any time. I've already been able to visit some vacation rentals on Airbnb, but Barbara and Klaus are definitely one of the best hosts ever. The communication beforehand was excellent – with lots of helpful tips and recommendations. During our stay we felt completely comfortable. There was even a delicious guest reception – a real wow experience! The accommodation itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers more than you expect. The outdoor area with barbecue is a real highlight. Surroundings are simply idyllic. Barbara and Klaus were always on hand whenever we needed help. We would come back anytime!

The apartment was outstanding overall – very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is central but still quiet, and the hostess was super friendly and absolutely helpful. The only thing we noticed was that the bedroom was a little clairvoyant – you occasionally hear noises from the stairwell or from neighbors. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment at any time!
