The apartment is modern and great furnished with lovely views towards Nidelva from the top floor and one flight of stairs up is a shared roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, appliances, kitchenware and bedding. Perfect for 2-4 people, but there is room for 6.

Possibility to park car on the property (free!), and the bus stops 1 min away. 10 min walk to Solsiden. The apartment is best suited for up to 4, but a 5th person can sleep on a mattress in the living room. Child-friendly. Spacious living room, partially screened kitchen, hall, toilet, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Laundry basement. No party/smoking! Longer stays possible.

Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. A dog usually lives with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

Smart tv med netflix etc på stuen, soverommet har tv med appletv. 🚗 Parkeringsplass i oppvarmet P-Kjeller. Tog/buss fra flyplassen tar ca 30 min.   🛏️ Soveplasser, 2 på soverommet, mulighet for og sove på sofaen og en madrass på gulvet.   🌅 I nærområdet er det flere flotte steder å gå tur.

This is Småland in Frosta, located In the Trondheim fjord. 30 minutes from the airport . You will love it as we do❤️

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Modern cabin next to the sea

Welcome to lovely Frosta Here you have immediate proximity to the lake and beach, and not least a lovely view of Leksvika. Here you can enjoy evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. You will find pier and pier close to the cabin, with good opportunities to fish with a rod. New apartment of 55 m2 with two bedrooms. Balanced ventilation. Thermostat in all rooms. Spacious double beds (180 cm width) in both bedrooms. Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be raised up to one or two people in addition. Sea view and exit to garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and walking areas close by. Short walk to the shop and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to downtown.

Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.
