Enjoy this fabulous, spacious place with family—it promises some wonderful times ahead. It's a house that is lived in year-round, so there are personal belongings there. It offers a bedroom, a mezzanine & the sofa in the living room converts into a bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. An above-ground pool was recently installed but is not usable. This information is provided as a precaution. Sheets are not provided. The house is 25 minutes from the sea (LA BERNERIE EN RETZ).

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.
