The 3-star Gîte de l’Escapade in Frossay accommodates up to 5 people. Ideally located in the heart of the Pays de Retz region, near the Canal de la Martinière, on the Loire à Vélo and Vélodyssée routes, and close to the ocean. All shops are within walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing nature stay with family or friends, with numerous activities nearby: canoeing, treetop adventure courses, paintball, water skiing, animal parks, and nature walks. A change of scenery guaranteed.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. The pool is accessible all year round, it naturally heats to 20° from April until 27° in summer (temperatures depending on the weather) Access to the GR3

This 'Clévacances' certified cottage has obtained 3 keys that guarantee optimal comfort. Entirely private house with garden, terrace, barbecue and parking. The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€45).

Cosy studio

Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Fishing on foot, shellfish and shellfish ... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes with the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy it with its outdoor area. Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Studio of 30 m2 completely renovated. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a convenience store, bakery and bar, tobacco, press. Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed. The totally independent apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 adjoining room with a dressing area and kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, independent toilet. Summer kitchen, 2-burner stove and sink available to the tenants Access to a private terrace, garden and pool. The price is for 1 person, €20 will be charged per additional person
