House overlooking the sea with terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access to the customs, 100 meters from the beach of the source and thalassotherapy, the station is 900 meters away, the port 1 km away, close to all shops. After many messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. Rental is possible from a minimum of 4 nights in winter and then 7 nights (during all school holidays as well as from Spring until 11 November). Thank you for your understanding .

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
