Ideally located in the heart of the Pays de Retz region, near the Canal de la Martinière, on the Loire à Vélo and Vélodyssée routes, and close to the ocean. All shops are within walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing nature stay with family or friends, with numerous activities nearby: canoeing, treetop adventure courses, paintball, water skiing, animal parks, and nature walks. A change of scenery guaranteed.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. This 'Clévacances' certified cottage has obtained 3 keys that guarantee optimal comfort. Entirely private house with garden, terrace, barbecue and parking. The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€45).

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

The totally independent apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 adjoining room with a dressing area and kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, independent toilet.
