Holiday rentals with a pool in Fronsac

Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

Communication before the stay was very good. A nice terrace/pool, although cool, was very enjoyable. Comfortable bedding and close by car to St Emilion.

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet. Great base to explore the area, but you'll need a car! Rauzan 5 minutes down the road has everything you'll need, bakery, butchers, groceries and pizza restaurant! A great place to relax, would recommend to anyone.

Very nice, super well-equipped house, everything is a nice ❤️ accommodation in the middle of the vineyards 10 minutes by car from Libourne and all amenities including a superb bakery (Feuillette)! We stayed for 1 week in this beautiful Gite with everything available from crockery to towels. There is a pool on site which is secluded and only for use by the people staying in the Gites. The location is very good for getting to surrounding villages by car or bike. There is a hiking/biking circuit. Bordeaux is 45 min drive away. Bergerac is about a hour away. We had a lovely relaxing time there, so quiet, the sound of birds in the morning is so lovely to hear. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

On the AirBnB route, sometimes we meet people like Phil, always close but not imposing. Flexible and attentive. For the rest, everything is less than 2 minutes' walk. The apartment is perfect. Thank you Phil and looking forward to seeing you again in Canada in the snow

Great weekend at Mathieu's, the apartment is clean and very well equipped. The building is quiet, secure and you can park your car there. I highly recommend it!

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.

A great choice. A beautiful and very quiet location in the heart of the French vineyards. A nice and comfortable home. Perfectly integrated into the vineyards and with fantastic views. In reality, it is much more impressive than in the photos. It is within easy reach to visit Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion by car, as well as other highlights in the surrounding area. Jean Louis was a very accessible and attentive host, and with nice touches. Highly recommended!
