Equipped with a TV, fiber wifi, fridge, induction stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, walk-in shower, controlled mechanical ventilation. 8-minute walk to the train station, 20-minute drive to the Bordeaux tram, 10 minutes to St Emilion. 5-minute drive to the "La Calinesie" aquatic center

Maison rénovée située au cœur des vignobles Bordelais, à 35 minutes de Bordeaux, 15 minutes de Libourne, 20 minutes de Saint Emilion, 40 minutes de la Citadelle de Blaye et environ 1h20 des plages (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon). Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

Cabane du Silon

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société (2 sur place), profiter d’une personne que l’on aime ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble)… Service petit déjeuner et prestations massages possibles, voir ci dessous. 👇🏻

AbO - L'Atelier

Dans une maison du XIXe et son parc de 5000m2, rénovée en 2020, profitez d un logement indépendant de 90m2 dans une aile de la maison, avec sa cuisine, sa salle de bain, une chambre parentale de 15m2 avec lit double, une chambre de 11m2 pour enfants avec 2 lits simple (transformable en lit à 180), de son salon de 30m2, et d'une terrasse privée. Bienvenue dans notre élégant appartement mansardé, niché dans un bâtiment historique vieux de 300 ans, sur les rives paisibles d'une rivière pittoresque, tout près de Bordeaux. C'est une véritable évasion, où le charme du XVIIIème siècle rencontre le confort moderne, créant une atmosphère unique et chaleureuse. Le calme environnant rend cet endroit idéal pour ceux qui cherchent à se ressourcer, tout en restant à proximité de l'effervescence de Bordeaux.

Guest house with charm "Le clos d'Emilion"

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, recently renovated and ideally located. It offers easy access to all the city's amenities as well as destinations such as SAINT EMILION (10 min), BORDEAUX (25 min), the train station less than 5 min by car. Everything you need will be available so you can have a nice stay. We could possibly add a crib. Linens are provided as well as towels and bath mat.
