House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

The hillside house

The hillside house of Château Mazeris is a peaceful place on the heights of Fronsadais amid vineyards. It was completely renovated this year so you can enjoy a magnificent view, moments of relaxation and conviviality thanks to its large terrace, swimming pool and pétanque court. Our region is full of activities and places to discover. Winegrowers in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we will be happy to show you around the property and taste our wines.

They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Studio near Libourne/St-Emilion

In the large garden of the owners, enjoy a pleasant studio equipped with its terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house (wide sidewalk, possibility of 2 cars). The owners have dogs, chickens, rabbits. Ping pong table. Outdoor gas grill on request, to be returned cleaned. Hiking trail nearby. Castles to visit. Several nearby restaurants, as well as small shops. Libourne 5 min, Saint-Emilion 15 min. Close to the A10, A89.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

Castle gîte

Typical Bordeaux stone house just renovated, bright and full of charm. The house is adjacent to a set of outbuildings to the castle being renovated. Small private courtyard with a sunny terrace where you can enjoy family moments. You will be: - 5 min from the center of Libourne with its restaurants, amenities and market, - 15 min from St Emilion and its castles, - 15 min from the A10 highway, - 35 min from Bordeaux.

The property is located between Bordeaux and St-Emilion. In Fronsac, a quiet village 3 km from Libourne, where you will find all amenities. It can accommodate up to 4 people, family stay, those visiting the area or looking for a pied-à-terre for the professional. While it is being finished, the accommodation is sufficiently comfortable and functional for a pleasant stay.
