From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

Davenna Loft in the Montafon ski and hiking valley The Davenna Loft offers space for 3 people in a noble solid wood gallery apartment. Here you will find WiFi, a comfortable LED TV with full Netflix access (cable digital, 40 inches, 4K/Full HD, USB, HDMI), a kitchen with induction stove (basic dishes available) as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, cutlery and a hairdryer. Also worth mentioning are a real Montafon table, hand-planed oak floorboards and doors.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The Pflanzgarta-Maisäss is located on a small terrace plateau, where a forest garden was formerly operated, above the church of Bartholomäberg in Montafon at 1350 m above sea level. The unobstructed view of the Rhätikon, Silvretta and Verwall mountain groups is unique. The Knappagruaba, the historic mine, is 5 minutes away. Circular hikes to the Rellseck, Alplegi, Alpe Latons, Falla, Monteneu, Itonskopf or Kristberg can be started directly from the accommodation.

The chalet is located in the village center. In 5 minutes by foot you can reach: a village shop, inn, bus stop, swimming pool. It is a 15-minute walk to the river. In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

In the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, Bike'n'Board Lodge. Right at the entrance to the village at Schliefwaldtobel and only a 10-minute walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Additional sleeping space is provided by a double sofa bed in the living area, which can accommodate two more people. The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with shower and partly separate toilets. The apartment features a balcony or a terrace.<br>The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together.

Chalet 2 can accommodate up to four people. It has a living room with fireplace, a dining area with adjoining terrace, fully equipped kitchen, ski room, outdoor sauna with outdoor relaxation area. An electric vehicle can be charged in the carport. All areas of the chalet are exclusively available to our guests of Chalet 2. There is free WiFi and 2 TVs with satellite reception and access to streaming offers (use own codes).

You can reach our Maisäß by car in summer. In winter, the arrival and departure is organized by us with the Skidoo.
