The apartment is wheelchair accessible. It has wide doors and from the parking lot to the terrace everything is spacious. The toilet has large support handles and an emergency call line, where in an emergency you can acoustically and visually draw the attention of the accompanying person in the living room. The kitchen and living room are in one large room. Here, too, there is high-speed Internet and Netflix on the TV. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it on our property at a wallbox.

The bathroom with walk-in shower, private entrance, and dedicated parking space ensures maximum comfort.

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

If you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and wonderful views of meadows and fields, then you will not miss out here. The modern furnished apartment has a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The garden house sauna and bicycles can be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km) offers a lot of culture including a castle and theater and is just as popular for its shopping.

Spend relaxing vacation days in our cozy apartment and discover the diverse regions of Emsland, East Frisia or the Netherlands. Papenburg, Werlte, Friesoythe and Sögel can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The North Sea in just over an hour. Esterwegen, as a resort in the beautiful Nordhümmling, is ideal for idyllic bike rides and relaxing walks at or to visit the memorial with the adjacent moor experience trail.

Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! Through the garden gate you can directly reach a dirt track for walks along the Soest and across the dike. A small outdoor seating area invites you to linger. The apartment is adjacent to our family's living area – occasionally the children or the family dog could be heard.
