Great little AirBnB with very likeable hosts. I felt at home and would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the proximity to the forest, the beautiful furnishings and the view of the castle. The amenities at the apartment were also great. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back:)

Price performance great, beds freshly made, there was a water available - perfect for the Sunday. It was very clean, only the bathroom would have used a little more splendour. But absolutely okay for the spontaneity of the booking. We'd love to come back

Katrin’s place was perfect for our stay! We loved the neighborhood and everything was as described. Attention to details, especially the instructions on how to use all appliances, made the whole trip run smoothly. Would definitely stay at Katrin’s again.

The property is as described - a beautiful place to unwind. Really great property, a bit like from another time. The apartment is soooo cozily furnished - you can only feel comfortable here. 5 stars for it! The only thing I didn't like was that there was a construction trailer in the garden in front of my balcony, which apparently is also rented. This was neither visible in the text nor in the pictures. I had also booked the place because of the great view of the garden and the privacy, but I couldn't really use the balcony and the view, as I also wanted to give the other family their space.

Great apartment, friendly proactive approach with useful hints and tips, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, great comfortable king-size bed, no carpet (suitable for allergy sufferers). We had been there in the house for the weekend now and were so positively surprised. Everything was clean , even a cute welcome card had been there. Water and apple juice bottles were ready for us. The host goes to a lot of trouble and you can immediately feel how much love she puts in. We had been there with 12 people now and we can say that we will be there again, which we liked as a group so much. Also this house is also something for families that there are enough toys for the little ones a super large trampoline, even a sandbox . I totally recommend this place

The vacation home was extremely child-friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the vacation home!

The house - in a nice vintage style - is in a beautiful area, near Winterberg. With a fifteen-minute drive you are at the slopes, where you can easily park. There are several restaurants on the same street as the house, but it is otherwise nice and quiet. Due to circumstances, we were there a day shorter and less than planned with one family member; we would also have liked to visit the suspension bridge nearby and skied for an extra day. Hopefully we can get back to the resit soon. Host Daan is fantastic; nice, fast communication and super helpful. Thank you!

We had a lovely relaxed time in the charming house. I especially liked the technical equipment. The host responded immediately to questions. The location is great as you can visit many beautiful places from there. I'm sure it's beautiful in the summer. The garden invites you to linger.

The cottage is really great! It offers great amenities that leave nothing to be desired. The location is very nice and invites you to relax. Overall a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation. We felt really comfortable. Communication with Tanja and Roland was also excellent. So, clear recommendation! And one more extra tip: Don't get up too late and enjoy the lake view at sunrise with a cup of coffee on the sofa or terrace.

As a family, 9 people and one dog, we spent a wonderful weekend in a fantastically beautiful and very extraordinary house! There was nothing missing and we were also surprised by very loving details (treats for the dog, sweets for the people😉)! A big thank you goes to our super nice and caring hosts and we hope not to stay with Michael and Michael for the last time! Thank you so much!

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back out.

Brigitte's place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and has a beautiful, green, quiet, barely visible sun terrace with beautiful garden furniture. The apartment itself has large, bright windows. The bathroom is great and super clean. Also it is always warm at Brigitte's. Brigitte is a 1A host, always helpful, helpful and easily accessible. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere. If I am looking for a place to stay in Hann Münden again, I will book with Brigitte first. Highly recommended!

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. I had the pleasure of staying at the "Family Friendly for Work and Leisure with Cinema" on the Diemelsee, and it was an outstanding experience. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, which immediately gives a feeling of comfort. Particularly impressive was the in-house cinema, which is a highlight for both children and adults. The location near the Diemelsee offers numerous recreational opportunities, whether hiking, swimming or just enjoying nature. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made sure we didn't miss anything. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of work and leisure in an idyllic setting.
