Das gemütliche Haus mit Holzkamin, finnischer Sauna und einem Schlafzimmer mit Whirlwanne ist perfekt für eine romantische Zeit zu Zweit, bietet mit 100 qm aber auch genug Platz für Familien mit Kindern oder ein Treffen mit Freunden. Das Haus befindet sich am Ortsrand von Bad Tabarz in ruhiger Lage, nah am Wald. Zum Haus gehört ein Garten mit Terrasse und kleinem Pool (Durchmesser 5 m, 1,20 m tief). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, daher die perfekte Abkühlung nach der Sauna oder einem Sonnenbad.

Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschtisch und Fußbodenheizung, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein Wohnraum mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche und einem vollautomatischen Pelletofen und Elektroheizung. Die Couch kann zum Schlafen ausgezogen werden. Im Garten stehen zwei Terrassen zum Relaxen zur Verfügung, ein Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Wohnung ist mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet, hat einen Dielenboden, Bad mit Wanne und ist etwa 90 qm groß. Dachgeschoss, nicht barrierefrei. Ab 7 Übernachtungen ist eine Saunanutzung kostenfrei.

Viele Wanderwege kann man begehen und der Rennsteig ist nicht weit entfernt.

Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.
