Perfect for families and small groups of up to 12 people, with an unusually large amount of space of over 180 m², plus a garden on the old city wall. A clear stream, the "Kleine Elz," flows directly by the house. The sandstone staircase leading to the stream can be locked to keep small children safe.

Despite the business area and nearby storage site, the surroundings are quieter during the day than many other parts of town and especially peaceful on weekends.
