In der 1. Etage finden Sie Schlafzimmer 1 mit Badezimmer 1 sowie die Sauna die Ihnen exklusiv zur Verfügung steht. Im 2. EG finden Sie Schlafzimmer 2 und Badezimmer 2 (siehe Fotorundgang). Im EG lädt eine Bauernküche zum Kochen ein. Der Hof kann frei genutzt, eine Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.
