Monthly Rentals in French Quarter - CBD

We stayed here just under a week and it was a home away from home, the St Charles streetcars were a short walk away, there is a cafe and bar around the corner. Alexandra and Aldo also provided a guide book of recommendations for things to do/see, eat and drink. The suite is well taken care of, clean & comfortable. Checking in was super easy as is check out. The neighbourhood looks a little uneasy but the neighbour’s are quiet, and everyone we passed on the street are lovely, we played football with some kids on our walk back to the suite after adventuring out, it was fun, homes were decorated for Halloween that was also great to view. All in all, we would definitely stay again if we were to return to NOLA, the location is perfect as is the suite. Thanks Alexandra and Aldo!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The apartment is clean, spacious and charming. It has everything needed for a long or short term stay; plenty of linens and bedding, bathroom essentials, cleaning supplies, cookware, dishes and utensils. The apartment is located in a grand New Orleans mansion in an historic neighborhood. From here you are a 1 mile walk to the French Quarter, the French Market or Marigny, 1.5 mile walk to Bywater, 2 mile walk to The WWII Museum and The Garden District and a 2 1/2 mile walk to City Park (along the beautiful Esplanade of grand homes and museums). Of course you could take a cab or ride share but if the weather is nice you will be walking through interesting neighborhoods. The hosts provide a wonderful guide of things to see and do while you are in New Orleans. They are kind, accommodating and very responsive. Overall one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had.

Nice, cozy studio. Day bed is probably 6' max - I'm not sure it would be as comfy for anyone 5'8 or taller? Nothing up the stairs except private storage. Shower's a bit interesting - 3 different settings but no good way to run the water in advance to get to temp without getting water everywhere. No hair dryer in the bathroom, fyi. Space heater was great during the cold snap. Need to press checkmark after the door code is entered on the electronic lock, but pretty self explanatory. About 10 minute walk from Walmart. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Was able to keep my luggage there as I wrapped up a walking tour, which I appreciated!

Ashley’s place was very nice and she was a great host. Comfortable place with a nice artistic vibe and plenty of books to keep busy. I stayed long term while I was getting settled in the area and Ashley was very responsive to any messages or concerns I had. I would highly recommend a stay here and I had no problem during my 2 months.
