Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in French Quarter - CBD

Bigger than it looks in the pictures. A few streets away from Bourbon St so it was close to the French quarter but still quiet. Helpful communication from Marigny. Our stay was a little pricey but I think that was because of Jazz Fest.

I stayed here 4/2025 and I must admit this place is clean and look exactly how the pictures look. I will definitely be staying there again

Great space! Loved the exposed brick and high ceilings. Bed was very comfortable. The location was great for being off the beaten path and quiet, but close enough to all the action of the French Quarter. Wish we had had time to use the amenities like the patio. Looked like the perfect spot for cocktail hour. The check in and out was so seamless we never needed to contact admin for anything. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Roami!

What a fantastic property! Great location, modern clean building, spacious layout, charming upscale decor! This is what Airbnb used to be like! Way better than a hotel. Great pool area, private dog run, two balconies, amazing view of the Mississippi! We loved it! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Joe is a stereotypical New Orleans native! Kind, knowledgeable and he loves to host! We were visiting a nearby college and he is simply a chock full of great information. I only regret not having more time to explore this great city. It deserves a lot more quality time. Thank you Joe

Lilly was a wonderful host! She was very kind and helpful. Even gave us a guide on what to do here in New Orleans. The whole place was absolutely beautiful and very clean. She gave us complimentary waters and sodas, and I was very happy to see that she had all streaming platforms. It was a pleasure staying there. Definitely the BEST Airbnb to be at. And she provided me with a shower chair! The actual location is on canal street close to the street cars.one mile from bourbon street. Perfect location for a wheelchair user..

The apartment and overall building was exactly as described. Very convenient for what we were planning to do in New Orleans and easy to get to all the great food offered in the Bywater! Very helpful to have a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms too!

We had a great time and everything was conveniently located. The couches and beds were very comfy, the AC was on point. the decorations were so unique.

Elizabeth's condo was absolutely perfect for our girls' trip! We enjoyed staying in a private, peaceful location after spending our days and nights in the French Quarter. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great. The furnishings and decor are all beautiful, and the condo was very spacious. Highly recommend!

Nola Vacation Rentals are the best option for an amazing experience that is affordable. I loved being able to walk everywhere in a convention timeframe and distance. The room we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying at Nola Vacation Rentals whenever I’m going to New Orleans. I’m a forever customer.

We loved this place! Very cute and clean. The beds were comfortable, very nice bathrooms. Had all the extras we needed. Coffee pot(s) keurig & drip. Even some coffee to get us started. Cute area walked to a great wine bar close by and loved it. Also loved our walk along the river (about 2 miles) during the day to get to the French Market. Would definitely stay here again!!

The Airbnb is in the perfect location. Close enough to walk to Bourbon but far enough away to get some sleep at night. We had all of the amenities we needed as well. Having a bathroom in each suite was a major perk. Plus a half bath for our guests if they needed. One thing I will say is probably out of control of the host, but the building smells AWFUL… and I mean like TERRIBLE. I don’t know if something is wrong with the sewer system in the building, but it smells like straight poop in the foyer, halls, and elevator. We were very worried upon arrival, but luckily there were no bad smells in our room itself. I don’t know how the security and cleaning service can stand to work in it every day, honestly. Its rank 24/7 throughout the entire building. If you can get past that, the room itself was great.

Host was extremely responsive. The propane went out on the grill and they delivered a new tank in less than 15 min. They place was spotless and the parking was easy and plentiful. I don't even have an EV, but they had a charger if I needed one. :) One of my best AirBnB experiences ever.

Absolutely beautiful spot, everyone loved it. One guest said it was the nicest Airbnb he’d ever been to. Perfect distance to the conference hotels on Canal St, close enough to walk but far enough to be quiet at night. No complaints whatsoever.

Let me tell y’all about our wonderful stay at miss Genevieve’s beautiful Airbnb! Before our trip even began, she reached out to ask us about any dietary restrictions for the snacks she left in the space for us. When we got in, she warmly greeted us at the gate. Throughout our stay that week, she was helpful, responsive, kind, and FUN! We woke up one morning to fresh almond croissants. She has great dining and drinking recommendations. This is truly the best stay we’ve ever had at an Airbnb, and we WILL be staying here the next time we come to NOLA. THANK YOU GENEVIEVE! ⚜️🫶🏾 you rock, girl.

The place was beautiful. It was clean, well decorated and cared for. The building’s common areas were also well kept. There was a short power outage that occurred throughout the building on the first night there but other than that the experience was awesome.

Great place. Highly recommend. Amazing value, lovely interior, located in a one of the best areas of the city. The only thing that exceeds this well decorated and lovely home is the warmth and responsiveness of its wonderful host. Great time - Will definitely come back and stay again.

We rented this home for a month and our stay was wonderful.The area is beautiful and very walkable and very close to the streetcar. Donny was extremely responsive and accommodating. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home and if we need to return to this part of NOLA in the future I will certainly try to stay here again!

We were a group of five older but adventurous friends. We truly enjoyed our stay in the Queen Anne. It was as described a beautiful older spacious home with the original wood paneling and chandaliers and a stately double staircase There are sitting areas on the front and back porches and also on a small balcony on the second floor off the master suite. The master bedroom was quite large with an adjacent excercise room and bath with a walk-in shower and a Jacucci. The Kitchen was well stocked with dishes , pans, untensils for cooking and serving and a dishwasher. The dining area and the living room were nicely furnished There were even umbrellas and camp chairs provided for some of our activities. The neighborhood is pleasant and quite walkable. There were some shops and a some good restaurants in the area. Overall the Queen Anne was a gem.
