Enjoy the flickering light of the gas fireplace or cook with friends at the cooking island. Be enchanted architecturally by the room height and the impressive roof structure. Japanese shower toilet. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

The cozy DG apartment consists of 1.5 rooms, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The single beds are 1x2m and stand together in the living room as a double bed. They are not to be moved apart. This living room also includes the dining area and desk. The apartment is one of 2 detached apartments on the 1st floor with common entrance with the permanent residents, but can be used completely independently. Residents of the house also include a dog, who does not have access to the apartments.

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.
