Monthly Rentals in Fregenae

The apartment was new, modern, clean and well furnished! Just like in the photos, we can absolutely recommend it!

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

The accommodation is in a great location, close to the centre and a few minutes' drive from the sea. The house is equipped with everything, new furnishings, very clean spaces, large bathroom with a very comfortable shower. In general, the house has an excellent exposure that allows you to have air even on the hottest days without the need to turn on the air conditioning. Free parking is available under the house!

Michela and Stefano are perfect hosts who are always available and even more. The house is very clean in a great and quiet location 5 minutes by car from the sea and 2 minutes' walk from the supermarket, as soon as you enter you immediately feel at home. We will surely return to stay with them with great pleasure.
