The home has previously been a shop, which gives it enormous charm. The apartment is furnished with a large kitchen, bright living room, bedroom with king-size bed and a good bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a courtyard with morning sun. Final cleaning must be done by the tenant before leaving the home.

Close to the cozy Elmegade, Jægersborggade and Sankt Hans square and a good base for experiencing Copenhagen. There is a nice kitchen with dining table and exit to the balcony, where the trees of the yard cover for curious eyes and offer a peaceful and sunny outdoor space. Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. 4 minutes from Metro in the middle of busy shopping and cafe street, you will find peace and quiet in my 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor. Ideal for a couple with 1-2 small children or 2 couples. There is a double bed in the bedroom (140 x 200 cm) as well as a really good sofa bed (unfolded 140x200 cm) in a separate room (my office). Access to a travel cot for children up to 3 years old, if you need it. Remember to request a travel cot when booking.

It's a large apartment with two large living rooms, two good bedrooms and two toilets. Extra bedding is available in the living room. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on our lovely balcony. The apartment is on the first floor and you can therefore sometimes experience noise from the courtyard and the street.
