Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

Full apartment with Mikkel as host

I'm a Danish guy Living in my charming apartment on Vesterbro, in the heart of Copenhagen. The apartment is decorated in a cozy style and in case of rainy days, there is a home cinema with a 85" tv in the bedroom. The location is simply AMAZING, and you can enjoy a relaxing day on the balcony. The metro line is close by making it very easy to get around town. Normally I live in the apartment myself, so all of my belongings are there. Hidden away in the mirror cabinets, which will be locked.

Cozy Nørrebro-flat

Small but very cozy flat located on hip Nørrebro. Very close to Metro, restaurants, independent fashion and design shops. Nørrebro is one of Scandinavia’s most densely populated places with more than 80,000 people living in just 4,1 km2. Originally a working-class area, Nørrebro is today a very young neighbourhood with almost 50 per cent of inhabitants being under the age of 29. Regardless of time and day, the streets are vibrant and full of life. Party in the flat not allowed.

City Center Apartment.

The apartment is located in inner Copenhagen in the middle of the vibrant shopping district. The apartment is facing a courtyard, but you can still hear the rich citylife in the background. The neighboorhood is filled with cafées, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also good for a Family or 3 or 4 friends or Mom, Dad and 2 kids.

I'm renting out my two-room apartment with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and a small bathroom. There is also access to a balcony and a lovely yard with a big playground and a nice grill area. There are multiple transportation options (metro, bus). The apartment is typical for an older Copenhagen apartment, so be aware: it is sounded (so no parties) and the floors and doors are squeaky!
