Perfect location, cosy and stylish and with one of the largest bathrooms i town

Relax in the bathtub, after a long day of walking around the sights of Copenhagen, in this historical building from 1803 THE APARTMENT: The cozy apartment has just gone through a major renovation. Everything has been updated with an eye for detail and love for the exiting building, which is heritage listed building. This has taken the apartment to a whole new level, very much inspired by hotels and restaurants around the world but with a personally touch. The apartment stands with new floors, ceilings and walls. The apartment is all in all 70 m2 on the 4th floor with a beautiful view to the famous red rooftops of Copenhagen and the beautiful Scandinavian light. It consists of a spacious open kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed with an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and has direct access to the utility room, which consists of a washing machine/dryer and plenty of wardrobe space and a convenient floor to ceiling mirror. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. Amenities include wireless internet, washing machine, tumble-dryer, fully equipped kitchen large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Quooker (hot water tab with boiling water), nespresso machine and a large dining table which sits 6 people. You will also find full-size bed and mattresses, blankets, pillows and all bed linens. The living room has a beautiful desktop area and a very cozy sitting area with a big couch which can be transformed into a comfortable sofabed an additional two very comfortable chairs. The bathroom is all new with Italian beautiful tiles, a spacious shower and a nice big bathtub and floor heating for the cold winter days. The property is situated downtown in the old part of Copenhagen surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops of all kinds. Rosenborg Castle Gardens is just around the corner, great for an early morning run, a quite time with a good book, or a sunset picnic. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Nørreport is just around the corner which connects you to both buses, trains and the subway. Coming from the airport it will take you no more than 20 min before you are at Nørreport using the subway (Metro) and from Nørreport the apartment is a 5 minutes walk away passing one off the best bakers in town, Kransekagehuset. Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a central location - with a beautiful shared rooftop terrace. Stunning location close to Nordhavn Station/Metro. Walking distance from UN city! Apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator. Its is perfect for 2 persons. It can fit a 3rd person in the living room with a madras The apartment contains a bedroom and living room which has a working station as well. Perfect for a couple. Newly refurbished 3 room flat in quiet street with great access to public transportation and only a 12 min bike ride to the city. Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.

Velkommen til min lejlighed (66kvm m lille altan) på 1.sal med morgensol. Lejligheden ligger i en lille lukket oase, tilbagetrukket fra Vesterbrogade, med adgang til en hyggelig gård med havemøbler + en østvendt have med borde og bænke. Ejendommen, der er fra 1855, har elevator og har tidligere huset Nordens største hvidtølsbryggeri. Der er restauranter, cafeer og en konditor m. cafe lige udenfor porten, indkøbsmuligheder i gåafstand, ca. 8 min. gang til metro, 2 minutter til bus.

City Center Apartment.

The apartment is located in inner Copenhagen in the middle of the vibrant shopping district. The apartment is facing a courtyard, but you can still hear the rich citylife in the background. The neighboorhood is filled with cafées, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also good for a Family or 3 or 4 friends or Mom, Dad and 2 kids.

A lovely, light, modern apartment with a very high ceiling and big windows with great view. The bedroom is on a loft above the bathroom to make optimal use af space. There are 3 sofa beds in the living room. It’s possible to drive by the metro directly to the center of Copenhagen in only 12 min. From the airport to the apartment by Metro in just 30 min. The Metro station is only 300 meter from the apartment. You can also rent bicycles right next to the apartment.

Two room snug apartment downtown

The flat is located downtown hipster Vesterbro . It is on the 1st floor. Each of 2 rooms has a very good futon sofa, which opens up to become a bed 140 cm wide with a layer of top mattresses under the sheets. If you come two wanting to share a room you can decide yourself which of the rooms you want to sleep in - or split. A baby cot can be made available. Kindly see photos

Moderne lejlighed i roligt, centralt kvarter.

Easy living in a fully equipped, modern appartment 2 minutes walk from the Metro. Lovely green backyard, parcs and cafés close by. Good shopping and eating facilities in the neighbourhood, which is an exclusive part Copenhagen. Luxury kingsize bed in the bedroom and a nice double sleeping couch in the livingroom.
