Holiday rentals with a patio in Fredericksburg

I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. The place realy is nice and neat. feels a bit sterile in a way. rugs would definitely be good. overall a nice place to stay. lots of nice Kcups and complimentary things. if I had stayed longer, they had really nice and fun amenities. lots of treats and snacks in the cowork area. realy overall a pretty neat place. spetve out in the open., newer not really any shade trees.

I stay in airbnb's often and my stay here was fantastic. The view from the patio is so calming. I didnt get a chance to see the zebras or the kudos but the hummingbirds were delightful. Karen is a great host

We have stayed in dozens of home. This ranks up there in the top 5, but the host is #1. What set him above the rest? I asked for an early check in. He said he would need to get back to me as the previous guest will be checking out the morning we are arriving. He advised that he put a reminder in his phone. Friday morning arrived and I didn’t need to follow up with him, he followed up with me just as he said he would do. That kind of follow through is HUGE! I am very happy with Jay! The place was immaculate, penthouse decor. Picture perfect!

We live staying here when we’re in Boerne because it’s so comfortable and feels like home, and because we’re so close to everything there is to do. It’s also nice to be right next door to a wonderful restaurant, Las Guitarras Cocina.

Delightful and clean place close to the center of Fredericksburg

Many thanks from our family of four to our hosts, Kelsey and Afton; they were responsive and provided excellent recommendations. The property was clean, well provisoned, comfortable and charming, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if our travels take us back to Fredericksburg.

Jade Haus is a super place!! It’s fairly close to Main Street! Although for us mature adults I would suggest a car ride!! The back yard is very large and we enjoyed the birds during the day and the fireflies at night!! A great place for a girls trip!!

The house was perfect for our girl's trip. It was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway at Jeff's place! This was actually our second time staying here, and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots in Fredericksburg. The location is unbeatable, just a block or two from Main Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. 

Jeff's home is not only impeccably clean but also incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The thoughtful touches throughout the house, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, truly enhanced our stay. We loved being able to relax in the charming living room after a day of exploring the local shops and restaurants.

Jeff himself is a fantastic host, always responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had. His hospitality really made our stay special. We can't wait to return for another visit and would highly recommend his place.

We are using Airbnb very often for work-trips/ leisure and this is possibly one of the best properties we have booked ! Super clean and equipped with everything you might need ! The patio and outside area is amazing ! Wonderful view and so peaceful to sit out there and do birdwatching . We can fully recommend this property !

We had the absolute best time at Ava’s place! The location was so perfect for everything we wanted to do, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was fabulous and our pup had the best time. Ava went above and beyond to be an amazing host and we would love to come back!

This was our first small family getaway with a baby & a 4 year old. We couldn’t have been happier and lucky to have found Holly’s condo. Everything we needed from home was already provided which made our trip that much easier. The sandy beach, pools, park, and board games kept everyone happy and busy the entire stay. And having a cozy patio/condo to go home to was perfect. We will definitely be booking this stay again.

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Great getaway stay. This was perfect for my partner and I. It had everything we needed and more. We truly did feel right at home, from the moment we opened the front door it just felt very welcoming. The backyard setup was a bonus, nice outdoor area with a tv! Another factor we really liked was the location, whether we drove or took an uber around Fredricksburg, everything was in pretty close proximity. It’s a nice, private cottage that makes you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's place. It was very clean, conveniently close to things, and quiet. It looked just like the pictures. The shower was really good. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Fredericksburg, TX is one of our frequent getaway destinations. We have had many experiences in various bed-and-breakfast in and around Fredericksburg. This is now one of two that we truly love. As a commercial pilot, I live in hotels and resorts, so I can say with experience that this one was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish. My daughters and I stayed in Roy's beautiful home for 11 nights while in town from Alabama for Math Camp. Everything about our experience was absolutely wonderful. Roy is responsive, attentive, understanding and caring. His home is exactly as described and tastefully decorated with all the Texas charm! We arrived very late on the first night but when I woke up and pulled back the curtains in the living room, we were met with a family of deer. Just past the deer was the gorgeous view of Canyon Lake. Our hearts were full!! We prepared many meals in the kitchen. Every appliance I needed was there, which was a pleasant surprise because I'd forgotten to inquire about that before booking. There is PLENTY to do in the immediate area as well as surrounding towns/cities. If you'd prefer to just relax, that's more than possible as well. Simply sitting out enjoying the sun set with the animals approaching the patio for treats is perfectly peaceful!! The neighbors are all kind too!!!
