Cabin holiday rentals in Fredericksburg

Dates: May 24th-June 9th Views/Environment: Spectacular views! Secluded. Peaceful. Stargazing while in the hot tub. Nature walk/hiking/outdoors. Picture perfect! Cabin: Spacious! Great layout. Comfy bed! Great amenities and well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, and grill stuff. Bathrooms are great and complete with bath towels and hot tub towels. Wifi available. Host: Spencer is a great host! I originally rented the cabin for 4 days but then i kept extending it and Spencer was easy to work with! I ended up staying from May 24th-June 9th. Location: The cabin was my home base. From there, we went to places like New Braunfels, Boerne, Kerrville, Frio River, Bandera, and other great places nearby. The bars in Bandera are awesome!!! We met a lot of people and I enjoyed the place so much. Check-in/Check-out: Super easy! No hassle. I highly recommend this place, 10/10! Looking forward to my next visit to Texas!

Had the best time at this place! It's a 20 minute drive from Wimberly, but when you're there, it feels completely remote. The hot tub was great, even in the summer heat, and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked, and it was easy to bring some groceries and make a meal when we weren't having dinner in Wimberly. Getting cell signal was tough out there, but that made it easy to finish my book! There is also a lot of fun nature watching through the windows and on the patio. I would come back here again.

we loved it! it was secluded and gorgeous. your host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and knew about our surroundings. she even checked in on us which I really appreciated. im hoping to go there every year for our anniversary

A perfect weekend getaway. Just the peaceful environment we were looking for. The space was clean, cozy, plenty of space. The 7.5 acres was so much fun for our 2 dogs to explore. Absolutely nothing negative to say! Thank you!

We stayed at the blanco cabin and it was a great weekend getaway. The cabin was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I. The hot tub on the deck was really nice and already heated when we arrived. It was a peaceful retreat in nature but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again!

The cabin was beautiful and private. Everything was super clean and everything we needed was in the cabin. You can tell there was lots of love put into it. The hosts were very helpful. We will definitely be back!

We were celebrating my husband’s 75th birthday and this was a perfect getaway for us. The view was amazing. We love just sitting in peaceful environments. The animals gave us lots of joy. Starting with the squirrels, cat, goats and ending with the longhorns. The cabin decorations were beautiful and comfortable. Thanks Again

This stay was exactly what my husband I needed! I just sat outside and listened to the birds early in the morning, something I also love doing at home. I could've sat outside all day if it wasn't Texas in June! ha! The cabin itself was just as described. The photos do make it seem a bit bigger but honestly, you don't need bigger for 2 people. We went to Canyon to just spend time on the water. After over doing it the first day, we instead, chose to spend our second full day just enjoying the cabin. We had some hot tub time in the afternoon, played board games for a couple of hours, and just rested! For anyone worried about how close the cabin is to the main house, don't worry! It's positioned for privacy! It was so stinking relaxing and I can't wait to go back.

The place is quite secluded but absolutely beautiful and quiet . If you're looking for peace and quiet... this is the place !

Wow is all! What a great place!! So private and the Hot tub/ infinity pool is the icing on the cake! Definitely will be staying here again even our dogs loved roaming the fenced in yard! Book this place!

If you’re looking for a place to sit back and relax, this is it. Grab yourself a book and a drink and sit on the patio and enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends! Enjoyed the stay!

Words can't describe this stay. Bring right on the river, kayaking, swimming, the sheep/donkey/goats and the fire pit were just what we needed to unwind and detach from city life. Incredible stay, and we will definitely be back.

We had a great time and the rain didnt stop us from swimming and enjoying the hot tub! this place is very unique and worth the drive. The town is small and the closest walmart is about 30 min away if you need Walmart but there are places to eat in town and a dollar store. The animals are very cool!

The Gumbo Getaway was a beautiful secluded space just a few minutes outside of the town. Well equipped home. Kelsey was proactive in her communications throughout our stay and I even ran into her while walking my dog, extremely friendly and made me feel right at home.

Highly recommend staying at The Martinsburg! Clemens & Audrey are fantastic hosts who are so accommodating and friendly. The homes at The Martinsburg are the coolest tiny homes that felt secure, private, and cozy. Clemens & Audrey fill the home with thoughtful details, with everything you could need, down to dog bowls and dog treats if you indicate that you'll be bringing your pets with you. The retreat really immerses you into the charm of Fredericksburg, with local recommendations and even locally-sourced soap used in the home.

Shannon’s place is a great Hill Country get away. It is tucked away on a private hilltop about 25 minutes from Fredericksburg. There is a great little eating joint about 10 minutes away for indoor and outdoor dining in Alamo Springs. The house is beautiful with all the small touches such as snacks, bottle waters, and plenty of fresh linens that really made the stay that much better. The night sky is beautiful and it is very quiet. My wife and I could not be happier with our stay and we will definitely be looking to stay at Shannon’s place again soon.

The place was perfect for a 2-day getaway with my friend for my birthday! The hot tub was a nice addition and easy to use! Very close drive to Augusta Vin Winery (our favorite) and a 8-10 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The host was very kind, checking in daily to make sure we were doing well. I would stay here again.

Awesome weekend getaway and exactly as advertised. Rare combination of history and modernity - you can picture yourself in the 1800s and then hop in the AC! We went to celebrate a birthday and found David’s place to be perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the goats, the local plums and goat cheese, and just wish we had more time to explore the area! Highly recommend for couples looking to escape for a weekend. David was friendly and informative. He lives on part of the property but you still feel secluded and private.

Stunning scenery and beautiful home. It felt private but also close to restaurants and things to do. Our family of 5 was very comfortable! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Place was Amazing! Very close to town, making driving to Restaurants/Exploring really nice and easy. Hot tub was nice and private made the evening very enjoyable. Very nice and cozy atmosphere at night as well.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Samantha’s place. It’s a beautiful 29 acre property on the top of a hill with great views of the hill country. We spent time in the cowboy pool and walked the property. Very private, wonderful stay. Bring firewood and stop at HEB in Bulverde on the way for food for meals. Also, watch your shins on the bed frame if you get up in the night. We will be staying again for sure and can’t recommend it more. It’s great for a couples retreat, for a stay with kids, or a stay with friends. Stay here and you won’t regret it one bit.
