This place was great! Right across the Winter Park resort, literally a 3 min walk across the street to get to the village. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was great too! Very clean and comfortable

This couldn't have been a more perfect spot for our end of season snowboarding trip to Winter Park. The bed was SO comfortable (even the pull out sofa bed was dreamy!). the kitchen was very well equipped and the location is perfect for a quick walk to the hot tub or a short venture in to town for groceries. All in all it couldn't have been more perfect and we look forward to booking again when the opportunity arises!

Our Stay at Sunny side Flats #3 was incredible. Modern amenities. Comfortable beds, furniture. The infrared Grill and kitchen were great to use for making meals. Location worked well for us. And what we wanted to do. The Garage was perfect for our needs. It was nice having a secure place to keep our vehicle. Keith and his team are wonderful. He checked in with us, made sure we had everything we needed. He was quickly responsive if we had questions, or requests. We really had a wonderful time. And would be glad to stay at this location again when we ski Winter Park.
