Buses run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Sundsvall. They stop outside Mitt Universitetet on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the car park that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. Like a hotel, but better

Cabin near the lake

Cabin just 15 steps from Lake Hemsjön. The lake, which is a clear-water lake, offers beautiful nature and in the lake you can find large trout and char, but also pike and perch. The cabin has all the amenities such as a combustion toilet, Wi-Fi, induction hob, fridge and freezer, shower, heat pump, air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. The cottage has a double bed in the loft and a sofa bed in the living room. Here, you can enjoy the silence out on the lake or from the large terrace. There is an option to rent a boat; we also have a kayak for rent.
