Nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside, the Little Cider Barn takes pride of place in the grounds of Appletree Hill gites, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy time together. A tiny house with everything you need, luxury bed linen, bathrobes and a nordic spa all included in the price! Close to the historic town of Villedieu les Poeles, less than an hour from Mont St Michel, the D day beaches, just half an hour to some of the most spectacular coastline in lower Normandy.

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

The outdoor wellness area with a Nordic bath promises you absolute relaxation!!

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
