The area boasts a number of restaurants and cafes, with access to public transportation. The closest métro stations are "Bourse" and "Grands Boulevards". There is a Vélib station (byclicle rental) right in front of the building entrance. Don't be afraid, it is at the 5th floor without lift. It is very frequent in the typical Parisian buildings. Not tiring and really worth it ;)

The apartment has been recently renovated, adding a contemporary touch while retaining its unique character. It is a really beautiful, cosy space. The kitchen is fully equipped and completely independent. The living/dining room has a lounge area around the fireplace with a sofa and armchairs and a dining area with a large table. The two bedrooms at the rear of the apartment are beautifully decorated and extremely quiet, so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep! Each bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with sink and shower. The independent toilet is located in the corridor. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional people (120 cm wide good quality mattress)
