Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fort Kochi Beach

The stay was awesome, The place was perfect, The host - too good!! Anyone who wants to stay in Kochi and move around in the city, this place in Kakkanad is just ideal and nice for short and long stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The kitchen has all the required utensils for a family that is looking to eat home cooked meals. The bathrooms are neat and spotless. One of the best places we as a family have stayed. We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

Neil's place is lovely and it is situated in a great location with many sights within walking distance. The check-in went smoothly courtesy of the detailed instructions that Neil had provided.

Neil and his father josh were very helpful n friendly, they have arranged me few more kitchen utensils on my request n I was given a bike to get necessary groceries from near by store. Place is very clean, premises are beautiful n maintaining well. I m very happy with my stay here.

perfect for upto family of 10. very peaceful! surrounded by water with beautiful sunset. property is not on the water a d access is tricky with larger vehicles. food was 5*. perfect to stay disconnected and spend quality time with family. coins are missing for the games but otherwise enough entertainment space.

I had a wonderful stay at ecasa homestay. The host was incredibly friendly, always available, and ready to assist at any time. They made sure I was comfortable and even provided accurate directions to every place I needed to go. Their warm hospitality truly made my experience enjoyable. A very comfortable and trouble-free stay. A couple of small issues like a leaking tap were taken care of immediately by Mr. Faizal. He is very prompt in responding on AirBNB. The location is great to explore Fort Kochi, the beach area and Jew Town by walk. However, to walk to Fort Kochi area, even though it is only ten minutes walk, you have to go through some not so clean parts.

Annah was a fantastic host clear with all the instructions and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was wonderful, i truly enjoyed it and would love to visit again, even just for the stunning view from the balcony. If you’re someone who appreciates art and design, this is definitely a place you shouldn’t miss. I had a great time!

Had a pleasant stay of 4 days at Travancore twinkle. Such a nice and helpfull host.the appartment and community are so clean and relaxing one. Looking forward to rebook the same place on our upcoming travel to kochi.

Wonderful stay at Elizabeth‘s apartment. Initially in pictures, the main bedroom looked like it did not have curtains and I had requested darker curtains to be placed so that light does not come in the morning. Elizabeth was very accommodative and had dark curtains installed on the first day itself. Caretaker Harita was also very responsive andmade sure we had everything available. Unfortunately, we did have an incident when we broke one of the kitchen items. Elizabeth was very accommodative and understanding of our mistake. Overall highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, beautiful and well maintained.

Their fully serviced apartment in DH Road was excellent and met all our needs. We highly recommend this property for anyone who is visiting from abroad and wishes to enjoy a home away from home. The flat was comfortable, cosy and clean. Ideally located close to shops and church. Easy for the Uber transportation (Auto Rickshaw & Cars) to find us. Not too far from Kadavanthara Metro station. Arun was a great host; friendly and always very prompt to respond to any queries.

Xavier's place was exactly as it was described. It is a little small for a typical one bedroom apartment. But it is just enough for 2 people. The entire place was very clean. Xavier answered all our queries before booking and also provided us with promptly help and support for our needs while staying. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet clean and affordable place which is close to the city.

We had a lovely stay for 8 nights in the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The apartment is clean and in a lovely neighborhood. The renter we didn't meet, but Mr. Rumold who lives on the ground floor is wonderful, and he knows everything and can help you if you have questions. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and the equipment there is sufficient. The gas stove is a little difficult to understand how it works at first, but it'll be ok. Thank you, the apartment was all in all very great and we enjoyed our stay!

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this place that truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the lovely balcony, offering a peaceful spot to sit, enjoy a cup of tea, and watch the rain fall – simply blissful! The location couldn't be better. Felt like my vacation house were I would go to just unwind and relax. Everything I needed was nearby and within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Even my morning runs were a delight; the area felt so peaceful, despite being right in the city center. This spot perfectly combines convenience with tranquility. Highly recommend!

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. Can’t wait to come back again this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!
