New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

The accommodation is also suitable for those who want to stay overnight on their way to their destination. During the cold season there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, ice fishing and ice skating

Det finns dusch och toalett med kommunalt vatten i båda stugorna. Nära till Forshaga och Karlstad C. Även närhet till flertal golfbanor och strövområden.

Welcome in our newly renovated cosy cottage with view over lake Fryken near Sunne. The cottage is situated on our premises but has its own outside area with picnic table and BBQ. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size double bed is situated on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 with a bunkbed) are situated on the ground floor here you can also find the bathroom. Enjoy lake Fryken att the nearby beach Öjervik.

"Bullerbyboende" with fantastic river views! Here you live in a newly renovated cottage close to the river. The house is completely renovated in the old style with its own charm. There are two toilets (one fully tiled with shower). From the living room, you can reach a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and views of the river. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small patio with morning sun. The house is intended for two adult guests.

Our cabin is beautifully located by Lake Fryken. You are close to hiking trails, a ski slope (700 m), a golf course (3.4 km), Karlstad with, among other things, the Lerin Museum and Mariebergsskogen (25 km), the Västanå Theatre (42 km), Selma Lagerlöf's Mårbacka (34 km), and the Alma Löv Museum (24 km). You can enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets when the weather is nice. Guests can borrow a canoe.
