Soggiorno impeccabile e accoglienza fuori dal comune! Non potevamo desiderare di meglio io e la mia famiglia! Siamo scesi a Pesaro per il mio matrimonio fuori porta, e ci siamo affidati alla sua struttura. La casa era perfetta: pulita, curata, dotata di ogni comfort e corrispondente in tutto alla descrizione, se non addirittura migliore dal vivo. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato il proprietario Elvin (e non solo lui, ma anche tutta la sua famiglia, sua moglie ed i suoi 2 figli): straordinariamente disponibile, presente al momento giusto ma mai invadente, sempre pronto a dare consigli utili e a rispondere con rapidità e gentilezza a qualsiasi richiesta. Ci ha fatti sentire davvero benvenuti, come se fossimo a casa. Un’ospitalità rara da trovare, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale sotto ogni aspetto. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi non solo un posto dove dormire, ma un’esperienza autentica di accoglienza e cura. Torneremo senza dubbio

La casa di Maurizio è a dir poco splendida Penso che poche persone nella vita abitino in una casa così bella e di lusso La posizione senza macchina non è comoda, ma se si vuole trascorrere del tempo o delle vacanze in una zona splendida e in un una casa splendida questo è il posto giusto. Maurizio gentilissimo e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir waren mit meinen Eltern und unserer neunjährigen Tochter bei Stefania und hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt für uns. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Vor allem aber, weil Stefania eine so herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin ist. Sie empfing uns mit einer großen Schale frischem Obst und einer Flasche Wein, außerdem stellte sie Wasser und einiges für die Küche und beide Bäder ( z.B. Seife, Duschbad etc. ) bereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit erreichen und super Tipps von ihr bekommen. Ihre liebevolle und aussergewöhnliche Art spiegeln sich auch im Haus und Garten wieder. Wir konnten schon einige Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse einnehmen und dabei von weitem auf das Meer blicken, einmal auch extra früh zum Sonnenaufgang. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. In wenigen Gehminuten gibt es tolle Aussichtspunkte und Restaurants, von denen man wiederum den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Lage ist traumhaft!

Großes Anwesen mit eigenem Pool und in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. 😊 Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Davides Unterkunft und waren in Summe 10 Personen inkl. Kinder. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und das große Anwesen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nach Pesaro zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt und ist in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Davide war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns als Wilkommensgeschenk einen tollen regionalen Essenskorb überlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern hier, die sich gleich bei Ankunft über den großen Garten , Volleyballnetz und Auslauf gefreut haben, nachdem es auf Hauserkundung ging. Alle Zimmer waren schlicht , liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt und wir hatten schnell "Urlaubsgefühl". Licia war von Tag 1 präsent mit möglichen Ideen zur Tagesplanung , aber vor allem auch, als wir ein Problem mit der Tür hatten , war sie schnell erreichbar. Der Kletterpark direkt nebenan hat ² der Jungs für 2 Tage ( einmal zahlen, doppelter Eintritt ) mit Action versorgt. Wir sagen Danke, danke für die tolle Zeit !

Casa di campagna con tutti i confort, arredamento ottimo, mobilia di qualità. Casa molto spaziosa gradevolissima da vivere. Nonostante la zona di campagna la casa era veramente pulita quindi bravo Massimo e brava Morena. Televisioni in quasi tutte le stanze. Bellissimo il giardino che noi, visto il tempo e visto il we mordi e fuggi, non abbiamo potuto apprezzare, ma si vede bene la potenzialita. Consigliatissimo!

Nicoletta è una persona molto disponibile, gentile e amichevole. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, venendoci anche incontro sugli orari di check-in e di check-out. Ci ha inoltre consigliato degli ottimi locali dove gustare le prelibatezze locali. La casa si trova in una posizione panoramica a breve distanza da Rimini. Ci siamo goduti il nostro soggiorno in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante in mezzo al verde.

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Moneti. La maison est très belle, bien aménagée et propre. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des propriétaires, toujours très réactifs et agréables. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour au calme au bord de la piscine ;)

Der Gastgeber Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und gross. Andrea war bei jedem Problem hilfsbereit.

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

Toller Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll und dekorativ eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Willkommensgeschenk haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben uns alle (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr wohlgefühlt.

The villa is incredible and perfect for large group sizes. There is an abundance of space and plenty of things for entertainment (cinema room, pool table, table tennis etc). Would highly recommend to book if you are looking for a peaceful villa holiday in the countryside.

What an absolutely magical place ! We had a wonderful stay . We were greeted by Agnes and her daughter and they gave us instructions about the house and surroundings. The villa is even more amazing than the pictures , so much character and history . Kitchen was super well equipped . The garden is fantastic with beautiful views . Getting into Florence from the villa was easy by car or by taking a train from Pontassieve . We would have loved to stay longer .

Das Haus ist einfach zu finden. Super schöne Zimmer und Pool. Wenn man ein problem hat kann man immer kontakt aufnehmen mit der freundlichen Gastgeberinn. Alles war supper, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke 😁

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro! The house and pool are very pleasant and the hiosts really responsive. They also had great recommandations!

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

Our stay at Nanette & Tommaso was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of 9 people (all students aged around 28) and we felt like we were in paradise, everything was perfect. It clean, quiet, lots of space, beautiful house and garden in the mountains with an amazing view, the kitchen has everything you need. We also highly recommend doing a wine tasting with them (they serve their own wines and home made snacks!) and also produce their own olive oil. We had motor engine issues with our car and Nanette and Tommaso were incredibly kind and helped us so much with this problem. Without them, we would have been lost. We would always gladly come back!

Maria Rosa un host meraviglioso! Oltre ad essere venuta incontro alle nostre richieste e necessità, è stata super ospitale e gentile! L’alloggio è stupendo! Tutte le stanze sono ampie e spaziose, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla poiché in casa era presente tutto ciò che ci occorreva. Abbiamo pernottato un weekend in 4 persone e 6 cani che hanno apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno davvero grande! Posizione strategica per raggiungere il mare e i numerosi percorsi di trekking di cui abbiamo goduto con i nostri amici pelosi. Un’esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!
