Stayed here for the Ironman event. Perfect location not to far away from the start, enough room to prepare all the gear in front of the race. You can park you car on the property that is a nice bonus so it's not in the streets. It's almost on the run course so for the fans it was easy to cheer you on and you had a point of reference. The rooms were tidy and as described in the picture. Everything was provided to have the perfect stay. Can advice it to anybody that wants to do IM Emilia-Romagna

We had a nice and very comfortable stay at Ermanno house. Everything was as described at the offer. Surroundings were very calm, especially at the low season, 10-15 min to the beach, 3 min with a car, interesting places to see around not far from Lido. We recommend this place to everyone who like this kind of rest :) Ermanno was very helpful with picking us up from the railway station to the house. Thanks!

Great weeks stay, good value for money, house is a little run down and could do with new bathrooms (sinks didn’t drain, water pressure v. Low). Kitchen could be better equipped. House was full of character, Beautiful views, shared pool was lovely. None of the above would put me off going again, great location, fantastic restaurants and little towns within short drive. Easy and affordable train into Florence.

Enrico and Alvaro, the dad are exceptional hosts. We were very well received and pampered throughout the stay with small touches. The house is very clean, the location is great, the views are beautiful. Thank you very much and we look forward to seeing you again.

The house is just as described in the listing: cozy and with everything you need ("comfortable mattresses", word of eighty-year-old grandparents). Sandro, the owner, is courteous, hospitable and ready to help if needed. We had a really good time.

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very nice, well furnished and clean. We appreciated the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet stay by the pool;)

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!

Il Fienile del Poggiolo was just as I had imagined it after seeing the photos: an enchanted place of peace and beauty. A well-kept outdoor space full of flowers and plants where you can linger between food, chatter and good reading; the swimming pool - a blue jewel in an expanse of greenery - a stone's throw from the house and the barn, a rustic but well-kept environment, perfectly in line with the tradition of Tuscan farmhouses. A week of absolute relaxation to enjoy the countryside and the starry sky! Maria Luisa was a welcoming and discreetreet host, very kind and always available to meet our needs. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We were 4 adults and 6 kids away and we had a great holiday. The house is beautiful, cozy and authentic, and is located in the most beautiful mountainous surroundings. From the pool was the most amazing view to mountains, vineyards and private vegetable garden. The house was big and authentic, and had everything we needed. S gender and clean pool, lots of shade spots, and a lovely, cozy garden. Anna was great at responding to questions and check-in and checkout went smoothly. There was a ping-pong table, which was used extensively. Small cozy towns nearby with the necessary things - though too far to walk, as there is a long and steep gravel road leading up to the house. Cool in the house despite no air conditioning! Overall, we had a great holiday and we could no doubt come back 👍🏻

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

We were a group of 19 people and had a great time... We settled in quickly, the house is great with unique nature around it, I highly recommend...

Our family of 5 had a great time at la Nocciola. We never tired of the fabulous view, and the towns and villages in the area were beautiful to visit. Several good restaurants in close proximity, but we recommend having a car.

Guido could not have been any more accommodating, such a beautiful place would highly recommend!
